Test in the whole grouting process must stand beside the record, and not less than 5 specimens from each working group classes 7.07 7.07 7.07cm slurry specimen, standard curing for 28 days to check the quality of its compressive strength as a slurryassessment basis.6.3 Anchor Anchor ring by cutting wheel machine outside the extra strand, and continue to sprinkle water to prevent heat transfer.Capping and cover casting concrete beams with the label, use is strictly prohibited in the casting process vibrated vibrated rods, tamping artificial smooth.Sprinkler after the final setting time of concrete curing, curing time of not less than 7 days.现浇钢筋混凝土箱梁的质量控制1、支架设计及布设1.1地基处理将箱梁下方30m宽度范围内松软地段全部挖除,采用含石量在60%以上的砂砾石(开山石)换填,山坡地段清理出坚硬的岩面,并设置横坡,坡度控制在3%范围内,便于及时排除雨水。如纵向坡度过大,采取设置台阶方式,便于底托支垫平整。上游靠近便道开挖水沟排水,降低水位标高,以防止雨水和其他水流入支架区,引起支架下沉。1.2支架布置1.2.1支架材料规格支架采用碗扣式钢管架,立杆主要采用3.0m、2.4m、1.8m3种,立杆接长错开布置,顶杆长度为1.5m、1.2m、0.9m,横杆采用0.9m、0.6m两种组成,顶底托采用可调托撑。1.2.2支架布置箱梁下立杆纵距0.6m,横距0.9m,横向及纵向横杆步距0.6m,并设置剪刀斜撑加固。支架下垫1515cm枕木,立杆底设可调底托支于枕木上,立杆上设可调顶托,顶托上方铺设1515cm横向方木,纵向铺设1010cm方木。碗扣支架为定型支架,安装时先确定起始安装位置,并根据地面标高确定立杆起始高度安放枕木,利用可调底托将标高调平,避免局部不平导致立杆不平悬空或受力不均,安装可采取先测量所安装节段地面标高,根据所测数据计算出立杆底面标高,先用可调底托将4个角标立杆高调平后挂线安装其他底托,后安装立杆。1.2.3支架布设注意事项 (1)当立杆基底间的高差大于60cm时,则可用立杆错节来调整。 (2)立杆的接长缝应错开,即第一层立杆应用长2.4m和3.0m的立杆错开布置,往上则均采用3.0m的立杆,至顶层再用1.5m和0.9m两种长度的顶杆找平。 (3)立杆的垂直度应严格加以控制:15m以下架子按1/200控制,且全高的垂直偏差应不大于10cm。 (4)脚手架拼装到35层高时,用经纬仪检查横杆的水平度和立杆的垂直度。在无荷载情况下逐个检查立杆底座有无松动或空浮情况,并及时旋紧可调座和薄钢板调整垫实。 (5)斜撑的网格应与架子的尺寸相适应。斜撑杆为拉压杆,布置方向可任意。一般情况下斜撑应尽量与脚手架的节点相连,但亦可以错节布置。 (6)斜撑杆的布置密度,当脚手架高度低于20m时,为整架面积的1/21/4,斜撑杆必须对称布置,且应分布均匀。斜撑杆对于加强脚手架的整体刚度和承载能力的关系很大,不应随意拆除。1.3支架预压支架铺设完毕后,需进行预压,以检验支架及地基的强度及稳定性,消除整个支架的塑性变形,消除地基的沉降变形,测量出支架的弹性变形。预压材料用编织袋装砂或水箱对支架进行预压,预压荷载为梁体自重的
