摘要
当今,随着高速公路路网的不断发展,汽车车速得提高以及车流密度的增大,对汽车制动系统的工作可靠性要求日益重要,制动器则是制动系统的执行机构,其性能好坏直接影响汽车的安全。因此如何开发出高性能的制动系统,为安全行驶提供保障是我们要解决的主要问题。此外,随着汽车市场竞争的加剧,如何缩短产品开发周期、提高设计效率,降低成本等,提高产品的市场竞争力,已成为企业成功的关键。
本文主要根据已有的CA1041车辆的数据对制动系统的前盘式制动器及制动管路进行设计。首先介绍了汽车制动系统的发展、结构、分类,并通过对鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的结构和优缺点进行分析。最终确定选用通风浮动盘式制动器。除此之外,还介绍了前后制动器、制动主缸的设计计算,主要部件的参数选择及制动管路布置形式等的设计过程。

ABSTRACT
It is to carry on the transformation to design to originally design to the car rear wheel drum type brake, the transformation is Elysee car, repack its drum type brake into the a type of floating brake.
Nowadays, with the constant development of the highway network at a high speed, the car speed must be improved and the increase of the density of rate of traffic flow, the working dependability to car brakes is required increasingly importantly, the brake is the executive body of brakes, its quality of performance influences the security of the car directly. The a type brake is regarded as the substitute products of the drum type brake, of simple structure, quality little, hot stability fine, react sensitive, and apt to get rid of muddy water filth,etc. with the aid of centrifugal function of brake disc, it is convenient too to maintain.
This text introductory song expound records of type advantage of brake, introduce hydraulic pressure and atmospheric pressure records of type structure and operation principle of brake respectively. And to records of type brake brake disc designed, design to apply the brake pincers,etc., school and method have explained. And then and design the brake to make power and meet the demands in Institute of Computing Technology. Carried on the analysis of finite element to the brake disc finally.
