乘用车仪表台设计流程分析及造型设计
摘要:近几年,我国的经济水平在不断的发展,汽车也越来越成为我们生活中不可或缺的一部分。大家都愿意贷款进行买车,足已见得对汽车的追求已经到了狂热的地步。 足以见得我国人们对于汽车的喜爱程度。汽车的仪表台可以检测整个汽车的情况,属于汽车构造的一部分。这个仪表台可以反映出汽车各个方面的情况,驾驶员可以通过这个进行观察。可以反映出几个方面,例如汽油的量和车身自身的温度高低。 由此可见,该技术的发展对汽车行业的发展影响力比较大,它们是一个相辅相成、成正比例的关系。
我们可以回顾一下它发展的历史过程,它有自己设计的风格和理念,从工程学、形体状态、颜色色彩、材料质量等方面,阐述了三个时间段造型发生的变化,分别是“流线型”、“大众化”、“现代化”,每个阶段的各个造型也有所体现。此处要运用产品族和造型基因的定义,来分析三种基因,为形态、色彩和材质基因。TRIZ理论标明它本身造型的发展遵循的方式和方向,借用基因遗传和变异的定理,实现组合和研究上的改进。对于设计师而言,这就提供了素材和手段,从而更加准确的把握产品设计的思维。
该文的引用了产品族和族造型基因相关的理念,为创新之处,同时结合TRIZ理论得出了进化模式和路线。同时也提供了一种设计的方法,通过真实的案例让我们了解仿生学的应用,在品牌延伸上也具有这些如上述所说的特征,就是为了让设计师们的设计有了理论依据,代替了个人的主观臆想,这样设计出来的产品更加合理。提供了理论上的前车之鉴。
综上所述,本文使用了一套算法来使设计流程变得整体化。

Analysis of Design Flow and Design of Passenger Car Instrument
Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the car has become an essential life in the transport of one of the vehicles. Enough to see our people love for the car In the whole car structure, the car dashboard is the whole car detection center. The driver through the observation of the car dashboard, you can see all aspects of the car situation. For example, the car's oil, car car temperature and so on. Therefore, the development of automotive dashboard technology, the development of the automotive industry a huge impact. Between the two into a proportional promotion of the relationship.
The article reviewed the development history of automotive dashboard, design styleand design theory of cars, and analyzed the development of dashboard in streamline times,the popular times, and the modernization times based on human-engine engineering, shape,color and material. Then characters of dashboard in each time were concluded. Combined the law of inheritance and change of product family gene, this article edited andregrouped the model gene based on the evolve modes and the routes of dashboard model ofproduct family. The evolve modes and routes were concluded based on TRIZ theory. Thismethod can achieve the aim of product designing and innovation. All of the study canprovide theory and material of design for the designer, which enable them grasping the
model design of product more exactly.
This article introduced the concepts of product familyfamily. It is an innovation. Combined with the theory of TRIZ,and model gene of productthe evolve modes and routesof the dashboard were analyzed. A design method wasprovided for the designer bystudyingreal examples, so that we understand not only in the form of products can be bionic,on the brand extension is also a vivid biology and genetic variationcharacteristics. Designers have made in establishing brand planning process moretheoretical basis instead of being purely personal feelings to the development of new design, design work tends to be more rational, to enterprises in the industrial designers'design work for the extension of theoretical guidance.
Therefore, this paper provides a systematic design process for the design of the instrument table.
