三、语法点拨形容词的比较级和最高级（二） 1原级的用法 （1）as+原级+as 例：Hes as tall as his sister.（2）not as (so) +原形+as 例：Hes not as (so)friendly as she.注意：在asas 结构中，若形容词作定语修饰可数名词单数，不定冠词（a, an）应置于形容词和名词之间。如： Tom is as good a player as his brother. Youre a boy as good as Tom.=Youre as good a boy as Tom.（3）表示倍数：倍数+as+原形+as Our school is twice as big as yours.2比较级的用法 （1）+ the+形容词比较级+of the two(+名词)表示“两者中更”。如： The apple is the bigger of the two. 这个苹果是两个中较大的。 The boy is the taller of the two students. 这个男生是这两个学生中个子较高的。 注意：形容词比较级前可用much，even，still，a little，a lot等来修饰，表示“得多，甚至，更”。 He is a 1ittle younger than me.他比我小一点。 （2）“The+形容词比较级., the+形容词比较级.”表示“越就越”。如： The more you study, the more you know. 学的越多，就知道的越多。 The more friends you have, the happier you are. 你的朋友越多，你就越开心。 （3）“形容词比较级+and +形容词比较级”表示“越来越”。如： Its getting hotter and hotter. 天气越来越热了。 The computer is cheaper and cheaper. 计算机越来越便宜。 3最高级的用法 （1）形容词最高级作表语通常要加the。有时不用the，表示“极，很，非常，十分”。 如： Its most dangerous to be here. 在这儿太危险。 I cannot do it, its most difficult. 我干不了这件事，太难了。 （2）形容词最高级作定语修饰名词时，如这个名词前面有物主代词或所有格，那么the必须省掉。如： Monday is my busiest day in a week. 星期一是我一星期中最忙的一天。 Jack is Jims best friend.Jack是Jim最好的朋友。 （3）最高级和比较级之间的转化。如： He is the tallest in our class. =He is taller than any other student in our class. 他是我们班个子最高的。 （4）“序数词+最高级+可数名词单数”表示“第几”。如： The Yellow River is the second longest river in our country. 黄河是我国第二长的河流。 英语语法之形容词比较级和最高级练习题1.
