For the sake of maintaining physical and mental health, it is necessary to practice yoga. In other words, yoga can bring many benefits to people in many ways. Yoga People have practiced yoga for many years. In recent times, yoga has attracted a lot of people and an increasing number of people join the yoga class. Then again, all the countries in the world have set up many yoga classes. All these due to the ancient art of yoga have many benefits. Therefore, this essay will tell you origin, advantages and the achievements that people can get from yoga. Yoga originated in northern India in the foothills of Himalaya. When Indian yoga masters practice physical and mental in nature, they discovered animals and plants are born the methods of treatment, relax and keep a clear head by coincidence. In consequence, they by observing and imitating the posture of animals and even experiencing in person. Eventually, they create a series of wholesome exercise system that is yoga. Since that, yoga has experienced more than five thousand years of temper and generations of people benefit from yoga. Today yoga often called “treasure to the world” and this has moved to many countries. As a system of exercise, yoga has many health benefits. Yoga can accelerate the new supersedes the old,remove body waste and body repair to achieve weight loss. In addition, Yoga can enhance the body strength and body flexibility, the balanced development of the body and limbs to make you become more cheerful, energetic, physical and mental pleasure so that attain the purpose of releasing pressure. Furthermore, yoga can adjust the physical system, improve blood environment and promote the endocrine balance to assist people in preventing disease and improving their physiques. Hence, if you want to make your physical and mental better, yoga is really a good way to exercise and improve health. In addition to the health benefits there are many achievements people can get from practicing yoga. For instance, it can exercise body on the mind. When you practice yoga especially in the quiet place such as forest, the lake, you will find the sprint itself completely immersed in an infinite deep silence.
