Abstractwith the transition of China, from a manufacturing power to a creative industry power, mold industry get more attention and more energy input, and it has become more important than before. According to the die design of a bending part with holds, this article introduces the design method of multiple station die, and we will determine the best choice of die and the manufacturing process of the part after taking three kinds of die(the single station die ,multiple station die and compound die) into comparison and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of them. The article would like to introduce the die design method from several aspects: the properties of workpiece, the forming process of workpiece, die parts design, the strength check of die, the manufacturing technology of die and so on.The difficulty of this design is the arrangement of working procedure, and the design principle is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the die, manufacturing the die under the condition of existing production tooling, reducing the labor intensity, improving the production efficiency. The process of die design includes the mold of the main components designing and manufacturing, stamping equipment selection, punch-gap adjustment and establishment of a vital parts machining process.
