Senior Partner (1), (Beijing)Responsibilities: Launching corporate sales and marketing planning and operations of consulting business around the world, Developing various kinds of consulting business in cooperation with other partners; Providing customer-oriented solutions and identifying client needs and provide consultation around solution mix; Qualifications and Requirements: Higher degree is a must, preferably majoring in English, marketing, finance. MBA or DBA is preferred; Excellent command of English language, especially high proficiency in English speaking; Minimum 10 years proven track record in overseas consulting project-scheme, preferably with rich M & A consulting experience in foreign enterprises; Excellent business acumen and the sense of creativity; Excellent across cultural management, communication. negotiation and interpersonal skills; Be able to work flexibly and independently with the spirit of team work; High level of motivation under strong pressure and uncertainties.2. Senior Consultant (1), (Beijing)Responsibilities: Conducting market research & analysis on Chinese industry /sector or products to keep our clients informed of the reliable information services for their China market entry decision-making and management consultancy; Organizing market entry events and promotional activities such as training programs, business conferences, seminars, etc, with our clients; Implementing the marketing consulting, investment consulting and management consulting schemes for and behalf of our clients; Transferring knowledge and skills to clients and establish excellent client relationships.Qualifications and Requirements: Post-graduate degree, MBA, CPA or DBA preferred; Good command of English language, high proficiency in English writing and speaking; Minimum 6 years proven track record in overseas consulting project-scheme, preferably with rich M & A consulting experience in MNCs; Excellent business acumen and the sense of creativity; Excellent analytical skills and across cultural communication skills Be able to work independently with the spirit of team work; High level of motivation under strong pressure and uncertainties.3. Secretary/Assistant or Internship (2), (Beijing)Responsibilities: Meeting with various commercial and trade delegations / missions from foreign governments to China on behalf of our firm as commercial assistant to our senior consultants and partners. Making arrangement for paying visits to foreign embassies and chamber of commerce at Beijing, and holding meetings with foreign commercial attaches. Assisting market research & analysis on Chinese industry /sector or products by our senior consultants; Conducting sampling survey about Chinese industry / sector or products as part of our works required by our clients; Translating market research reports and other corporate documents as necessary; Launching telemarketing at business consulting services to potential clients both at home and abroad.Qualifications and Requirements Higher degree is a must, preferably majoring in English, marketing economics, finance or mechanical engineering. MBA, CPA or DBA is preferred; Excellent command of English language, especially high proficiency in English writing, including translation; Excellent business acumen and the sense of creativity; Excellent analytical skills and across cultural communication skills Being cooperative with other colleagues with team spirit.
