General principle of operating and maintenance1. Purpose of creating this procedure: This procedure describes the daily operation and maintenance procedures and precautions for photovoltaic power station photovoltaic modules, inverters, and AC power distribution cabinet power equipment, as well as monitoring software settings, and serves as the general principle of attendant and maintenance personnel for operating and maintaining equipment in the photovoltaic power plant;2. This procedure applies to: photovoltaic power station attendant, maintenance personnel. They should be familiar with this procedure;3. Implement equipment management system strictly, arrange special personnel to manage the equipment, and equipment management personnel shall have appropriate qualifications;4. Equipment management personnel shall be familiar with the structure of power station system, and shall master testing and measurement methods for conventional components, such as open space, fuses, diodes etc;5. Equipment should be regularly checked, and See table 1 for detailed contents;6. During the normal operation of the equipment, it shall strictly control the operation against the equipment. When maintaining all equipment in the system service, it shall shut them down in advance, and then maintain until equipment stops working, and is prohibited maintaining when the equipment powers up;7. When maintaining the inverter, the maintenance against the equipment shall be carried out after 15 minutes when they are shut down, so as to avoid accidents caused by internal high pressure;8. Equipment downtime should strictly comply with equipment operating procedures;9. Equipment maintenance should be carried out by at least two people and they shall equip with insulating protective equipment, and shall strictly follow the maintenance procedures;10. Label shall be set when performing equipment maintenance operations to prevent accident by falsely switching;11. The site shall cleaned up after the completion of equipment maintenance, and equipment operating procedures shall be strictly followed when energizing;12. Each maintenance log shall be kept when performing the maintenance, and shall analyze causes of damage. The replaced components should be centrally stored and processed;13. For the accidents that the maintenance personnel can not handle, it shall timely report, and the fault model, equipment serial number and symptoms shall be recorded and delivered to manufacturers for processing so as to avoid further expansion of the fault;14. The switching of each breaker will not affect the normal grid connection of inverters. Generally, it shall first switch on the AC breaker and then DC breaker.2) When it is required to switch off the inverter, it is generally required to perform the shutdown operation through the menu on the LCD screen, then shut down according to the operation procedures. It prohibited switching off the AC and DC breaker, especially DC breaker, when the inverter system connects with the equipment with large power, which will cause permanent damage to DC breaker in severe cases.3) AC distribution cabinet will automatically disconnect when PV output side (grid side) is power off, and AC contactor will automatically switch on when PV output side (grid-side) is energized. Maintenance and repair for battery moduleThe solar cell module is the most important part that determines power generation efficiency and capacity of entire system. The quality and adequacy maintenance of battery module will directly affect their life service.The system check will be carried out when the solar photovoltaic power generation system project is completed. In addition to visual inspection, the open circuit voltage of solar cell array, insulation resistance of each part shall be measured.The result for observation and measurement shall be kept and served as a reference for unusual circumstance found during future routine inspection and periodic inspection. Recommended inspection items: 1) Dirty and damage on the surface;2) Whether external wiring is damaged;3) Whether the bracket is corrosion and rust.3.1 Daily inspectionDaily inspection includes the visual inspection that is carried out each month. When it is considered abnormal, it may seek assistance from professionals. Periodic inspectionIn the special case of electrical equipment, periodic inspection in accordance with safety regulations is necessary. For the periodic inspection period, the number of inspection shall be issued in accordance with output capacity if Electric Security Association is commissioned. The installed capacity for power plant shall be greater than 100kW, and more than two checks shall be carried out each year, 1) Dirty and damage on the surface;2) Whether external wiring is damaged;3) Whether the bracket is corrosion and rust.Specific measure refers to Table 1.1Inspection and testing shall be carried out on the ground in principle. Depending on the individual system equipment installation environment and other reasons, the inspector can carry out the inspection on the roof after making security confirmation. If abnormal is found, seek advices from manufacturers and professional and technical personnel (and electrical technician related to power distribution).4.DC Power Distribution Cabinet Manual 4.1.Installation &Application scopeDC power distribution cabinet gathers and controls the direct circuit from the combiner box, which can be connected to the inverter or directly output to such as the inverter or battery. This cabinet is applicable to normal environment, rated insulation voltage is DC1250V, rated DC current is DC1000V, rated current to 630A to the PV DC power distribution system. The cabinet is an integrated intelligent DC power distribution unit which is used to the city PV power generation system, monitoring the data from each string, and uploading the data. Pollution level: 3 Elevation: no more than 2000m. The surroundings should be no explosive materials and combustible materials, should be no gas which can break the insulation and corrode the metal, should be no conductive dust. Installation place: should be no strenuous vibration and bump, the installation angle should be no more than 5%. The fluctuation range of the voltage is +/-10% float compared with the rated voltage. 4.2.Reference standard and rating date 2.1 Reference standard GB7521.1 Low voltage switchgear and control equipment, section 1: type approval test and partial type approval test equipment. Grid connection inverter operation and maintenance proceduresGrid connection inverter is the important electrical equipment in the photovoltaic power generation system. Procedures shall be strictly followed when operating and inspecting the equipment, and operation and maintenance shall be carried out periodicallyThe inverter operation flow can refer to this process.
