摘要
铅笔刨,是将铅笔削尖的工具。笔刨有分电动和手动的。手动的铅笔刨中,又分有手摇和没有的。在笔刨发明前,人们都是使用刀具来刨笔。铅笔刨内通常有约2.5厘米的刀片。用者将铅笔头插入笔刨的孔内,转动铅笔或笔刨。若是手摇笔刨,则转动手柄即可,这样的设计可令刨笔的过程更快。有些笔刨是封闭的,铅笔碎不易四散,手摇笔刨下方放有器皿装着铅笔碎屑,此外,一些手摇或电动式的削铅笔机,附有可以调整刀片间距的机构,因此可以利用间距的设定而刨出尖锐度不同的笔尖.
铅笔刨具有2个世纪的历史,铅笔大量用于人们的生活学习中,传统的铅笔刨虽然小巧但是由于没有盛料装置容易对生活环境产生影响,当采用手摇式刨笔机可以有效解决这一问题,同时使刨笔更加高效便捷,省力,刨出的铅笔更加美观,通过刀具的角度可以刨出不同圆弧度笔尖,以配合不同用笔者的需求。该结构采用行行轮机构,避免传统方式的低效,动力来源于用笔者或另加电动机构,同时添加牵引机构,使得刀具在切削的过程中能够牵引笔向前运动,完成整个切削过程。整个装置大量使用聚合材料,加工技术要求较低,大量降低成本。

1 总体要求
手摇式刨笔机,主要包括旋转刀具的构成,和牵引部分的构成,为实现切削的完整先拟定几个方案。
刀具动力来源:1,采用小型电动机带动刀具的旋转切削。2,采用手轮传动,动力来源为用笔者,本装置无动力装置
牵引部分:1,使用导向销,导向销与盖板分离,卡紧为卡槽卡紧。2,导向型与盖板一体化,整体为冲压件。
装配方式:1.使用紧定螺钉链接,整体难以拆卸。2.使用卡槽装配,整体拆卸方便
根据设计要求,总共有2*2*2=8种符合组合方案。
