头晕头痛再普遍不过了,睡得不好会头晕头痛,想东西想多了会头晕头痛,身体病了也会头晕头痛。简单来说,我们根本不知道头晕头痛代表了什么,而且就算经常头痛,我们也只是笼统地认为身体不健康而已。但姑且放下其他情况不说,春季头晕头痛是十分普遍的现象,而这样的头痛头晕是有十分明确的原因的。头晕头痛虽然常发于四季,但单就春天而言,一般都与肝火旺有关。肝火旺引起的头晕主要表现为:头晕头胀痛,眼睛干涩,烦躁易怒,容易激动,口苦咽干,睡眠差,梦多,有时手脚麻木,总觉得困。中医认为,自然界的气候变化会影响到人的精神状态和诱发一些疾病的发生。从中医的角度来讲,春天对应肝脏,五行属木,木的特性是舒展向上,不受抑制,如果受到抑制,就会出现肝气郁滞,郁滞会化火出现肝火旺。中医认为,眩晕是由于血虚生风,肝风内动导致头晕目眩,肝火旺则心烦失眠、烦躁易怒,眼睛干涩。由于春天属肝,肝气偏旺,加之冬天保养不好,脾胃郁热,肝肾虚损,到了春天就更觉得肝气旺,肝火上升到头目,就出现了头晕头痛、失眠、烦躁易怒等表现。春天气候转暖,体表的毛细血管因舒展而需要增加血流量,这时脑组织的血流量就会相应减少,脑组织供氧不足,从而出现困倦、疲乏、嗜睡等现象,严重时就会出现头晕头痛。研究资料表明,有“春困”症状的人,往往存在失眠多梦、潮热、舌红、少津等“阴虚”症状,还会出现脸色潮红、好激动、掉发、记忆力下降、大便失调等表现。春天头晕头痛的病因虽然只是肝火上升,但其实都是我们的身心共同引起的,所以当我们应对它时,也应该从全身心着手,全方位地解决我们身体的问题。一、内服春天进食需要特别注意,辛辣、湿寒的食物都应该注意,而巧克力、咖啡等可可类食物也应该减少食用,以免引起血管收缩。而三餐定时定量也十分重要,总之,一切会引起我们血管异常或引起我们身体失调的食物都应该抛弃。三个应对春季头晕头痛的食疗配方:1、每天吃香蕉或橘子250500克;或用香蕉皮100克,水煎代茶,频频饮之。因为香蕉含有能降低血压的钾离子,血压适当降低可减轻头疼头晕的症状另外,含钾较多的还有柠檬、梨、绿豆等,可多食用。2、芹菜粥:大米250克,加适量水,煮至半熟状,再加入洗净切碎的连根芹菜120克,煮粥至熟食用。春季既是芹菜大量上市,又是肝火头痛和高血压病的好发时期,食用芹菜粥,可以清肝热,降血压,止晕。3、醋泡黄豆:取新鲜黄豆250克,以醋浸泡15日后,每日取10粒左右嚼食。醋豆含有磷脂及多种氨基酸,能促进皮肤细胞的新陈代谢,并有降低胆固醇、改善肝功能及延缓衰老的作用。二、外敷虽然头晕头痛等是因为我们的身体失调而引起的,但适度的外敷也会大大减轻我们身体的不适,对于舒缓心情,环节身体失调都有很好的作用。当头晕头痛发作时,可以试着把热敷袋放在颈部,冰袋放在前额。冷热刺激能帮你有效缓解肌肉紧张,减少痛感。三、好好睡觉春季睡觉大有讲究,睡得太少不行,睡得太多也不行,睡觉姿势不对更加不行。首先,我们不能睡得太多,睡眠过多,睡醒后反而会出现头痛。所以,我们可选择一个舒适、光线暗淡的房间舒舒服服地睡一觉,因为充足的睡眠也可摆脱头痛的困扰。但应注意睡觉时不要用被子蒙着头,以免减少氧气的吸入、增加二氧化碳,否则,醒来时就极易患头痛。其次,睡觉姿势尽量不要选择俯卧,因为这种睡觉姿势会使脖子肌肉发麻。如果睡眠不好,反复翻身,可以使用特殊枕头,形状要适合脊椎脖子处的自然弯曲,让脖子有个可靠的依托。看完介绍的方法,是不是突然觉得摆脱头晕头痛其实很简单呢?其实的确如此,我们身体的不适源自于我们生活的不合理,所以我们只要把我们错误的生活习惯改正过来,我们的身体很快就会变回健康状态的了。Dizziness
