电动式螺旋千斤顶设计
摘要
千斤顶作为一种传统顶举重物的工具,在建筑、铁路、医疗、汽车维修等各领域均得到广泛的应用。本文主要针对汽车用千斤顶的设计与制造技术进行了研究。
本文首先综合分析了国内外汽车用千斤项的发展现状和结构特点,讨论了开发新型汽车用千斤顶的意义。在综合分析比较各种现有汽车用千斤顶方案特点的基础上,提出了电动手动快速切换千斤顶的设计方案。
本文主要对选定的汽车用千斤项方案进行了概念设计和详细设计,还完成了课题研究所需的图纸设计工作。
据国家统计局统计信息显示,我国个人汽车保有量1999年已达534万辆,2002年国内轿车年产销量均突破100万辆,2003年有继续增长的趋势。我国汽配企业不仅供应国内市场的需求,每年还生产出口约500万台汽车用千斤顶到世界各国。考虑到每年我国生产制造的汽车用千斤项产量巨大,若能采用本文提出的方法设计制造该产品,则可大量节约材料成本,其经济效益十分可观。同时,优化后的产品在降低生产成本的前提下,其可靠性和稳定性方面也有了一定的提高。

Electric screw jack design
Abstract
Jack as a traditional top-heavy lifting tools in construction, railway, medical, automotive repair and other fields have been widely used. This paper mainly for automotive design and manufacturing technology jacks were studied.
Firstly, a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign cars with extremely heavy items and structural features of the current development, discussed the development of new car with a jack significance. In the comprehensive analysis and comparison of existing car with a jack program features, based on the proposed electric manual rapid switching jack design.
This paper focuses on a selected vehicle program was extremely heavy items conceptual design and detailed design, also completed the research work required design drawings.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics show that China's personal car ownership in 1999 reached 5.34 million, in 2002 domestic car has broken one million annual sales in 2003, the trend has continued to grow. Of auto parts companies only supply the domestic market demand, production and export annually about 500 million vehicles with a jack to the world. Taking into account the country's automotive manufacturing extremely heavy items yield tremendous, if we adopt the method proposed in this paper the design and manufacture of the product, you can save a lot of material costs, its economic benefits are substantial. Meanwhile, the optimized products under the premise of reducing production costs, the reliability and stability has also been improved to some extent.
