It can greatly improve the speed of cutting, the quality of work and the efficiency of cutting. From the view of the whole sewing equipment industry, it is a very important kind of sewing machine, which is often used in the garment factory.This design is carpet cutting machine, its core component is ball screw. There are two XY axes in the machine. The main parts of the transmission system are motors, ball screws, couplings, guideways and so on. The cutting tool is vibratory, and the system is equipped with a correction device to avoid the shift of the carpet when the material is delivered, so that it is not in conformity with the requirements. According to the theory of the carpet cutting machine, we first confirm the relevant scheme of the servo feed transmission system, set the design precision of the machine, and then cut the carpet. The ball screw of the XY shaft is calculated, and the most suitable model is determined. The model of the ball screw bearing bearing is selected. The feed transmission system and the related components are determined. The stiffness of the transmission system and the matching size of the inertia are checked. The servo motor, coupling, and guide are selected as required.
