全自动书本打包机的送书装置 学生姓名：高武 班级：088105411 指导老师：贺红林摘要：本课题是根据工厂打包书本和自动输送问题我设计的自动打包机的送书装置，该全自动输送装置是利用电机带动滚筒转动，使皮带循环前进，推移书本已达到送书的目的.具有机构简单、操作方便、维修容易、便于运输等优点。目前所有生产线的书本都是由人工打包装箱，以目前的打包方式使整个生产现场显的凌乱，从而影响了整理，整顿，清扫，节约，安全等制度。这个装置目前在新华书店和各大书店都有广泛使用！为此做了以下研究内容：（1）介绍了自动打包机送书装置的研究背景，意义及其目的，通过对参考文献进行详细的分析，阐述了驱动电机，皮带，滚筒等相关内容：（2）在技术路线中，论述了轴的选择和滚筒的选择及其基本参数的选择和几何尺寸的计算，二个主要强度的验算等在这次设计中所需要考虑的一些技术问题做了介绍，（3）绘制了主要零件的工作图和总的装配图（4）给出了一些参考文献，可以用来查阅相关的资料，给我自己的设计带来了方便。关键词： 电机 滚筒 皮带 打包机 指导老师签名：Send automatic book machine/model design Student: Gao Wu class:088105411 Supervisor: He Honglin Abstract: This topic is based on the factory packaging, books and design of automatic transmission problems I send device of automatic baler, the automatic transmission device is to use motor-driven rollers rotating, belt loops, over the book has reached the purpose of sending books. with simple, convenient operation, easy maintenance, easy to transport and so on.
