日一、课题的来源、目的意义(包括应用前景)、国内外现状及水平在日常生活中,我们会经常使用一些简易轻小的物料搬运机械,如各种手推车等。人类最初靠手搬、背负、肩挑来搬运物料,以后逐渐利用畜力,并创造了杠杆、辘轳、滑轮和手推车等简单机械。随着科学和技术的进步,装卸料机作为一种物料搬运机械,它的应用在生产中有着重要的意义。这主要因为物料搬运的量十分巨大,有些钢铁联合企业,每生产一吨钢材,需要搬运的原材料、燃料、半成品、成品和废料等的总量常达50吨以上;另外物料搬运所需的费用高,工业国家用于物料搬运的费用常占产品成本的25左右;物料搬运占用劳动力多,在机械化程度不高的企业里,搬运工人常占工人总数的15以上;在人力搬运不能承担的重物和在高温或有放射性物质的区域作业时,必须利用机械进行搬运。因此,在生产中应对物料搬运系统给予足够的重视,并尽量采用先进适用的物料搬运机械,以减轻劳动强度、减少产品损伤、保护工人健康、提高劳动生产率和产品质量、降低生产成本。进入八十年代以来,中国经济迅速发展,一大批港口、电厂相继建成并投入使用。许多国家重点工程引进了国外的先进技术和设备。相继建成秦皇岛港、日照港,青岛前湾港、连云港、宁波港、天津港、黄骅港、广州新沙港、广州西基港、湛江港、上海港、宝钢等大型散装物料装卸港口。这些散货港口的主要装卸货物为煤炭或铁矿石。大量的老电厂已不再使用推土机、装卸桥、叉车等低效率的输送设备,新建电厂已全部采用高效连续运输设备。国内用户采用进口及合作制造等多种方式使用国外先进设备。国产部分设备还出口到其他国家。散料机械设备有了长足的进步。桥式装卸料机是由跨越在建筑物两边墙上的高架轨道中行走的桥架(大车)和设置在桥架上能行走的运行机构(小车)构成,主要用于矿业搬移重物。在此我们拟定设计并开发QYZ-12000型桥式装卸料机的方案,它将用于解决我国在矿山开采特别是矿堆的堆放及堆浸冶炼工程方面的技术难题。该装卸料机具有世界先进水平,它的应用将大大改观我国矿山开采效率低下的现状。二、课题研究的主要内容、研究方法或工程技术方案和准备采取的措施研究内容: 1)整体机电系统的参数计算 2)重要零部件选型设计3)重要零部件的强度校核与优化 4)总装图与零件图的计算和绘制研究方法和步骤: 根据设计要求选定的参数,依照机械的结构和尺寸,进行计算及较核,绘制装配总图、移动卸料机的运行小车机构以及电器系统的电路绘制。查阅国内外相关资料技术方案路线 根据参数确定设计方案重要零部件的选型设计包括端梁、主梁、运行小车、卸料机构的确定整个电器系统的电路绘制、各机构的图纸绘制以及整机总装图的绘制 从基本参数、构造形式、运行性能等方面介绍了桥式起重机的合理选用原则与方法。关键词: 桥式起重机选用原则方法随着现代工业的迅速发展和生产规模的扩大,物料搬运费用在生产成本中的比例越来越高。因此如何正确合理地选用起重机, 对提高生产率, 充分发挥起重机的有效功能, 满足使用要求, 降低使用成本, 提高经济效益, 确保运行安全都具有十分重要的意义。1 基本参数的选择 起重机的基本参数表征起重机主要性能特征和作业能力, 是起重机正确选用的基本依据。桥式起重机的基本参数包括起重量、起升高度、工作级别、工作速度和跨度等。1.1 起重量起重机正常工作时允许一次起吊的最大质量称为额定起重量。吊钩起重机的额定起重量不包括吊钩和动滑轮组的自重。抓斗和电磁吸盘等取物装置的质量计入额定起重量内。按标准规定, 桥式起重机的起重量系列采用的是R10 优先数系, 从312 t开始, 按1125 公比递增为4 , 5 , 613 , 8 , 10 ,1215 , 16 , 20 , 25 , 32 , 40 , 50 t 。但目前国内的桥式起重机产品只是根据多年的生产惯例, 从上述数列中选出一部分组成实际的起重量系列。最为常用的系列是5 t , 10 t , 16 t , 20 t , 32 t 和50 t 。通常, 当起重量超过10t 时设两个起升机构, 即主起升机构和副起升机构, 二者起重量之比约为14。主起升机构的起重量大, 用以起吊重的货物;副起升机构的起重量小, 但速度较快, 用以起吊较轻的货物或作辅助性。一般应以起重机可能遇到的最大起吊重物来确定起重量, 同时考虑转载工作的条件或工艺过程的要求。起重机不允许超载使用, 因此在起吊物经常发生变化的场合, 起重机应考虑一定的裕量。在某些情况下, 偶尔需吊运超重物件时, 可用两台起重机协同作业。在工艺流程固定, 起吊物重量基本不变, 起重机基本满载使用的情况下, 可以取消副起升机构, 以简化起重机的结构, 降低成本。国外的大吨位桥式起重机也并不是都带有副起升机构的,而是按需要选装。1.2 起升高度起升高度是指从地面到取物装置最高起升位置的铅垂距离。如果取物装置需下落到地面以下作业, 从地面至取物装置最低下放位置间的铅垂距离称为下放深度。此时总起升高度为地面以上的起升高度和地面以下的下放深度之和。起升高度的选择按作业要求而定。通用桥式起重机一般将起升高度限制在20 m 以内。因为超过20 m 则要在起升机构上采用特殊的钢丝绳卷绕方式或增大卷筒尺寸, 使起重小车布置出现困难, 并增大了起重机的界限尺寸。对有装车作业要求的起重机, 在确定起升高度时, 还应考虑配属的吊具和车辆的高度, 以保证起重机能将最大高度的物品装入车内。用于船舶装卸的起重机应考虑潮水涨落的影响。1.3 工作级别桥式起重机安装的场所和使用的条件差别很大, 起重能力的利用程度和工作频率各不相同。为了经济合理地使用起重机, 需根据起重机的工作条件选择合适的工作级别。桥式起重机的工作级别分为A1A8 共8 级, 可根据起重机的利用等级和载荷状态, 即根据起重机的使用繁忙程度和满载程度通过计算确定。起重机在有效寿命期间有一定的总工作循环数。起重机作业的一个工作循环是从准备起吊物品开始, 到下一次起吊物品的整个作业过程。工作循环总数表征起重机的利用程度。为便于计算, 将工作循环总数在其可能范围内分成10 个利用等级,见表1。 载荷状态表明起重机受载的轻重程度。载荷状态与两个因素有关: 一个是实际起升载荷Qi 与额定载荷Qmax之比,
