1 / 5 “ It”典型句型例释 “ It”典型句型例释孔祥发王爱萍 11 月 7 日 “ It”句型一直是近几年 NMET 命题的热点，同时也是日常教与学的重点和难点。在教材和练习中频频出现，由于其繁杂多变，尤其是一些近似句型的辨析，常使同学们望而却步。笔者在平时的教学中，注意收集这样的句子，现将这些句子分类整理并作一简析，希望能对同学们的学习有所帮助。 1It is 3 years _ he joined the army. It will be 3 years _ we meet again. Tom told me that it was 3 years _ he had left school.析： C， A， C。做这类题目应从时态入手。句是一个主从复合句，该句型常是： It+is（ has been） +some time+since sth.主句用一般现在时或现在完成时，而从句则用一般过去时。句为 It will be （ was）+some time before （ did） sth.“多久某人干”。主句要用一般将来时或一般过去时， before引导的从句则用对应的 一般现在时或一般过去时。又如： It wasn t long before we met again. 不久我们又见面了。 句与句是同一句型，只不过该句型出现在 told 引导的宾语从句之中了，故用了 was 和 had left 的形式。 2._ is well known to us all that the earth is 2 / 5 round. _ is well known to us all,the earth is round. 析： C， B。句中 it是形式主语，真正的主语是从句“ that the earth is round ”。句中 as引导一非限制性定语从句，代替后面整句内容，置于句首。 3. A and B 析： B， A。句的先行词是 the house,后面为 一个定语从句，所以可填 where或 in which。句为强调句型。判断一个句子是否是强调句型，先把 it is that这一结构抛开，看其余部分能否构成一个完整的句子。那么，句还原为 Abraham Lincoln was born the house 之前缺少介词 in，故不为强调句了。句则相符，故选 that。 4.It s very kind _ you to help us. It s very important _ us to keep the balance of nature. 析： B， A。在句中，常见的形容词有 kind,good,nice,foolish,stupid,wrong,clever 等。他们用来修饰人，表示人物的品质或性格特征。句可变为 You re very kind to help us.所以选 B。而句则不可，因其形容词只能修饰后面的不定式，故用 for。 5. _ no wonder that he has passed the exam. _ no need for you to wait here. being was3 / 5 is is 析： C， D。句为“无怪”之意，it 为形式主语， that 从句为真正主语，该句型还常以 No wonder， Small wonder或 Little wonder等省略形式出现。又如： No wonder he was punished by his father。句为固定句型，多为否定句或疑问句。又如： Is there any need to explain further?有必要更进一步说明吗 ? 6. It is the second time that we _ to Beijing. been gone 析： B， C。句为 It is （ high） time 引导的定语从句，应用虚拟语气，其结构为“过去式或 should+动词原形”，should 不可省略。句的先行词 time 由序数词修饰，从句要用完成时态，且时态要和主句保持一致。又如： It （ This/That） was the third time that he had been invited to our school.
