They were.Its me. （二）能力目标：学生能够运用was和were来描述过去，介绍自己或他人过去的事情。 （三）情感目标：通过对本课的学习，让学生在新旧生活的对比中，更加珍惜现在的美好生活。二、学习重点1. 词汇：grand, parent, then, hair, was, were2. 句型：I was They were三、学习难点 then 的发音。四、学习准备照片、单词卡片、录音机、磁带五、预习学案复习形容词。教师比划，学生说出形容词，如：教师把手高举，学生说出：“tall”.六、导学案（一）激趣热身、导入课题通过动物或者人物的图片来复习fat、thin、tall、short、long、short、big、small、old、young这些形容词。（二）小组合作，学习生词1. 带领学生听一遍课文录音，Unit1活动一，整体感知课文，并画出生词，用磁带播放课文。2. 放第二遍录音，边听边读生词，可别难词反复跟读，掌握正确的发音。3. 小组合作学习黑板上的生词，讨论解决黑板上的生词课文中不理解的地方，小组内解决不了的地方可以由其他小组的同学解决，哪个组能解决其他组的同学可以帮忙，并得到相应的奖励；也可以在教室巡视时直接请老师帮忙解决。老师巡视检查指导每组的学习情况，并随时将情况进行评价。（三）导学单词，强化巩固1. 以小组为单位检查。小组用升降调齐读生词grand, parent, then, hair, was, were，然后本组的小老师上台领读，检查学生，然后拼写。小老师领读全班学生，并随机用点读拼写的形式检查其他同学。由学生评价，小老师自己加分记在黑板上。2. 小组示范，边读边译，两人读英语，两人说意思，其他同学评价，给小老师所在的组打分。3. 小组边读生词边翻译成汉语，小组长以英汉互译的方式检查其他组的同学。（四）初读课文，整体感知1. 播放一遍录音，呈现课文内容。让学生整体感知语言。2. 学生听音画出含有was、were的句子，并圈出它们。教师要注意放录音时要每幅图后，停顿。3. 再放一遍录音，听音跟读，指导学生的语音语调。4. 教师领读课文，以看图说故事的方式和语调，边读边讲解课文。对生单词要重点读出和讲解（最好用英语解释单词）。5. 学生小组练习。6. 学生自由朗读。7. 小组内角色会话。全班展示。（五）小组展示，巩固课文各小组以不同的方式展示表演课文。有的组齐读；有的组分角色朗读；有的组两人读英语，两人读汉语。七、课堂检测运用下面的句型说句子。She was Now she is .He was.
