Heads & Hotel ExecutiveU Policy & Procedure 政策和程序POLICY STATEMENT 政策声明：苏州太高尔酒店工程部所有人员均制定了岗位职责 Objective目的：明确该职位人员的责任与义务PROCEDURES 程序： Job Summary/ 岗位概述To ensure that the steam boiler system & its associated M&E equipment are operated and maintained in a safe and efficient manner.为确保蒸汽锅炉系统及其相关机电设备安全、有效地运行及维护。Duties & Responsibilities/职责义务1. To operate and maintain the steam boiler system and its associated M&E equipment as per manufacturer procedures and instructions.根据蒸汽锅炉及其相关机电设备的操作规定，运行及保养该系统。2. To carry out water treatment and water sampling test as per water treatment consultant procedures and instructions.根据程序对锅炉水质进行处理并做好水样测试。3. To carry out routine flushing of the water level sight glass as per instruction.根据要求对水位进行目测。4. To be familiar with the Emergency procedures and action to be taken.熟悉紧急程序及必要时所要采取的行动。5. To carry out repair work so as to minimize energy wastage such as steam/water leak, damaged thermal insulation, malfunction of steam traps , etc.做一些维修工作，如蒸汽泄漏/漏水，热绝缘体损坏维修，蒸汽阀的故障维修等以确保将能源浪费控制在最小范围内。6. To monitor and record the gas or diesel oil consumption per shift. 每班都必须将用气、柴油的消耗量统计登记。7.
