大连理工大学硕士学位论文 摘要 名词化是区分英语书面语体与口语的一个重要特征，具有使文章增强连贯，更加精 确，简化和客观的功能。因此，对中国学生论文摘要中的名词化现象进行相应探讨是 很有必要眠 该研究以系统功能语法框架下的名词化理论为指导，以大连理工大学硕士研究生学 位论文英文摘要为分析对象，以统计学方法为研究手段，建立了两个小型数据库进行对 比分析，探讨了名词化现象在大连理工大学硕士生论文英文摘要中的使用情况及存在的 问题及不足，并对可能导致该问题的原因进行了推测性解释。统计分析结果表明，大连 理工大学硕士研究生在论文英文摘要写作中会使用到名词化结构，但是使用频率远远低 于本族语者，并且名词化使用程度与论文摘要的质量成正比关系。另外，随后采用的问 卷调查也反映出教师和学生名词化意识都很薄弱，教师课堂中很少讲述和传输名词化相
