摘要 最近几十年来，反思性教学在国外受到了教师和其他教育研究者的高度重 视，外语教学师资发展的研究也从外语教学理论的构建和教学技能的训练转向了 对“教师思维”的研究，2 0 世纪9 0 年代以来，我国外语界教育工作者认识到了 我国外语师资培训的弱点以及反思性教学的重要性，也提出了把反思性教学作为 师资教育的方法和内容的设想，并开始付诸实践。然而，反思性教学的目的实际 上是为了培养高素质的学生，教育的过程也不仅仅是教学过程。今天，培养学生 反思性思维，引导学生进行反思性学习，培养学生反思性学习的能力已经势不可 挡地成为外语教学一个重之又重的任务。 本文从近些年来国内外教育界的学者对于反思性教学和反思性学习的研究 成果谈起，总结反思及反思性学习的概念，分析反思性学习的过程并说明其理论 基础( 人本主义学说、建构主义学说和元认知学说) ，然后通过分析交际课堂教
