论文摘要 近年来，由于我国的社会和经济迅猛发展、国际交往日益频繁，对大学英语教学和大 学生的英语综合应用能力提出了更高和更迫切的要求。在传统的课堂教学中，教师居支配 地位+ 几十位教学对象一个教学模式，忽视了学生的个体差异，违背了语言习得的规律。 了解和研究教学对象的学习风格是改革教学模式，以学生为中心，注重学生个人特点，遵 循语言习得规律来组织教学的一个重要方面。在英语课堂上，教师意识到学生学习方式上 的差异，因势利导，促进学习；同时让学生适应教师的方格，相互配合，做到教与学风格 相匹配，使课堂真正成为一个有利于提高学习积极性的学习环境，从而提高学生学习积极 性，改善教学效果。本文昔在探讨与第二语言学习相关的学习风格，通过测量大学英语非 专业学生所偏爱的学习风格及语言教师所采用的教学风格，提出有利于教学风格和学习风 格相匹配的建议和做法。贯穿全文的三大问题是：( 1 ) 采用与学习者的风格相匹配的教学 方法进行授课是否一定会带来较好的教学效果? ( 2 ) 在目前的英语课堂教学中，学习风格 和教学风格是否相匹配?
