况，理解对方的感受和思维方式。在翻译领域中，译者的移情是指译者与作者之间的 “共鸣”，即译者在充分理解作者的性格、志趣、创作背景和写作风格等的基础上， 达到与作者和作品的契合，用情感去感受原文的美，充分理解其意蕴，从而能忠实完 整地传达原作的精神内涵，使译文和原文更加接近，达到“神似的效果。 作为著名诗人、学者和考古学家，郭沫若同样是一位多产的优秀翻译家。在半个 多世纪的翻译生涯中，他倾注了大量心血译介了众多诗歌、戏剧、小说和科学著作。 其翻译独具风格，自成一体，在中外文化交流中起到了举足轻重的作用。郭沫若对诗 歌翻译理论的最大贡献，莫过于提出了“风韵译 的观点。他认为诗之所以为诗，在 于它的风韵，而诗歌翻译的目的不仅仅是传递原诗的内容，更重要的是重现诗歌的风 格。因而他主张译者要对原作的时代背景及其作者的性格，经历和思想进行彻底的研 究，只有这样，才能理解诗中蕴含的思想，在译文中保留原作的韵味。 “风韵译”在很大程度上需要依靠译者的移情。郭沫若认为，译者的思想感情和 所译作品的思想感情要有某种共同之处。如果译者对于原作有着深刻的理解，那么在 感情上便会和作者产生共鸣，这样才能把作品译好。郭沫若在翻译过程中充分重视移 情的运用，因此本文以郭沫若的英诗翻译为例，探讨译者的移情对翻译的重要性。论 文的第一章介绍了移情理论及郭沫若的翻译思想和翻译活动。第二、三、四章分别从 语音、词汇和句法这三个语言学的具体层面分析了郭沫若成功保留原诗风韵的翻译技 巧及译者的移情在郭沫若英诗翻译中的具体体现。第五章对郭沫若的翻译策略进行了 总结，并提出了本论文的局限性。 通过分析，我们发现，郭沫若的许多成功译作和他在翻译过程中的移情是分不开
