（英语语言文学专业论文）英语专业学生语言焦虑与学习策略及其与四级成绩的相关研究.pdf

鲁东大学硕士学位论文 摘要 本研究运用了描述性分析、相关分析、独立样本1 检验分析以及回归分析等方法，调 查研究了中国英语专业大学生的英语焦虑状况及其与英语成绩和英语学习策略的关系。在 本次调查中，鲁东大学外国语学院的1 8 8 名学生参加了问卷调查。研究采用了h o r w i t z 等1 9 8 6 年设计的外语课堂焦虑量表( f l c a s ) 和o x f o r d1 9 9 0 年设计的语言学习策略闯卷( s i l l ) 以及英语专业四级成绩。研究结果表明： 1 ) 英语专业大学二年级学生中普遍存在英语语言焦虑，焦虑产生的主要原因在于课堂 教学活动，如害怕课堂提问、口头准备不充分、害怕考试及学生自身的原因，如自信心不 足、过于依赖老师等。 2 ) 英语语言焦虑与英语成绩呈显著负相关。但二者并非单纯的线性关系，也非倒u 形 的关系。低焦虑与高焦虑与英语成绩关系不显著，中等焦虑与英语成绩呈显著负相关。出 现这种结果的原因可能与中国英语学习者本身特点有关。 3 ) 英语语言焦虑与英语学习策略呈显著负相关，学习策略使用越频繁，焦虑越低。启 示如同以前的研究成果，学生应使用更多的学习策略( 尤其是情感策略和社会策略) 来降 低语言焦虑。 4 ) 英语语言焦虑与英语学习策略交互作用对英语成绩作用不显著，原因也许是焦虑对 英语成绩的负作用与学习策略的促进作用彼此抵消。 本研究结果给我们的启示是，要想提高学生的英语成绩，必须采取措施降低其语言焦 虑。对学生进行学习策略培训是降低英语语言焦虑、提高英语成绩的有效措施。 本研究的意义在于为该领域的相关理论提供更多的实践依据，但该项研究是否具有普 遍性还有待进一步证实。希望未来的相关研究更系统、更广泛。 关键词：英语语言焦虑；英语成绩；英语学习策略；相关关系
