摘要 因子试验常用于各种科学研究中。在这些试验中，每个因子都选择出固 定的水平数，然后选择一些水平组合做试验。试验因子可以是定性或定量 的。如果一个因子的水平次序可以自由转变，则称之为定性因子。比如人 的性别。而对于定量因子，它们的水平经常具有次序。以温度为例，如果选 择1 0 0 e ，2 0 0 c ，3 0 0 g 作为其水平，则其水平次序就固定了。 这两类不同类的因子需要使用不同的策略进行分析。对于定性因子的 试验，其分析目的总是围绕着处理之间是否有差异以及如果有的话，哪些 是显著的，所以像a n o v a 、多重比较等方法总是被采用于这类设计。另一 方面，响应曲面法则总是用于分析关于定量因子的设计中。分析目的的不 同也使得我们需要采用不同的选择设计的准则。 不同于组合同构，几何同构一般对应应用于定量因子设计。c h e n ga n d y e ( 2 0 0 4 ) 中给出了区分这些设计好坏的准则，并应用于分析几何非同构设 计。 超饱和设计是一类所有因子自由度之和超过试验次数的设计，其出现 源于其试验的经济性。基于效应稀疏原则，我们可以使用超饱和设计筛选 主效应。 现有的超饱和设计的最优性准则均对水平置换保持不变，但是对含有 定量因子的超饱和设计而言，水平置换会导致不同的设计。这篇文章中，
