大学英语教学中的人性化反馈方法 中文摘要 侍感因素，尤其是焦虑程度对语言学习的影响已经被广泛的研究并已取得成果。鉴于大 学英语教学的目标是培养学生的英语综合能力，再结合当前中国的大部分高校，包括作者所任 教高校的教学实际，本文主要研究了大学英语教学中的人性化反馈方法对学生的焦虑程度及 其听、说，读、写四项基本技能的影响。 本文的理论基础包括人本主义理论，克拉申的情感过滤理论，教师反馈和焦虑理论。在 以上理论的指导下，本文提出了“人性化反馈方法”的概念并且针对大学英语教学中的听力、 口语、阅读、写作四门课分别提出了八条具体可行的方法。 本文共设计了四份外语课堂焦虑量表并进行- 了，a 项实验，旨在发现人性化的教师反馈方 法对学生的焦虑程度及其四项基本技能的影响。实验基本分为三个部分：数据的收集，数据 的筛选以及数据的分析。实验的参与者为教师本人和三个班共计1 1 8 名学生，包括作为个案 研究的八名学生，实验共持续了四个月。 本文通过实验得出了以下结论：1 ，课堂焦虑是大学生学习英语的最大障碍。绝大多数学生 的焦虑属于情境焦虑，在特殊的情境下，焦虑的程度会加强，从而影响学生听、说、读、写 的表现。2 大学英语课堂上人性化教师反馈方法的运用，可以在一定程度上减轻学生的焦虑 程度。3 大学英语课堂上人性化教师反馈方法的运用，可以在一定程度上提高学生的四项基 本技能。 本文分为五部分：第一部分是前言。该部分介绍了本文的研究背景、意义以及文章的结构。 第二部分是理论背景。该部分对人本主义理论，克拉申的语言情感过滤理论，教师反馈和焦 虑理论进行了详尽的介绍。第三部分是实验基础。该部分提出并定义了“人性化反馈方法” 的概念，并就大学英语听力、口语、阅读、写作四门课分别提出了八条具体可行的方法。第
