swot swot abstract when human immersed in fast and convenient life which motor car offers us the environmental pollution and oil resource crisis are issues and dilemmas for us at the same time. because the ecological environment has been damaged seriouslythe oil resource is decreasing and the impact of the global financial crisis people has realized that the automotive industry revolution is necessary and must be staged. at this time the global vision is focused in new energy of the carand takes action to develop new energy vehicles industry to resolve that. as one of a pillar of the national economy industrythe auto industryplays a very important role and a strategic position. now the automobile industrial structure of our country now is in an important period to be adjusted and developed. so the development of new energy vehicles industry was raised to the national strategy. in recent years the government has issued intensively a series of related measures to promote and develops the new energy vehicles industry which is an important and a fast ways for china to transform the situation form a large car country to a technique strong one. this paper firstly analyzes the auto industry status of developed countries under the influence of the global economic crisiswhich are all developing new energy vehicles in order to deal with the impact of the economic crisisand how our country turn from crisis threatened to rapid development. this is one of the innovation points of paper. secondlythis paper introduced the domestic and foreign new energy in the automotive industryof development background and the present situation. and based on thatauthor analyzed the new energy vehicle marketization s difficulty and put forward to promote its suggestions; as a sample of byd enterprises which has a good development in our country national independentauthor introduced the present situation of the countrys new energy vehicles industry; at last using swot analysis method to focuses on the new energy auto industry current situation and according the analysis resultsauthor put forward some suggestions on strategic level. through the analysisit shows our countrys new energy vehicles industry development has the advantages and weaknessesand include the opportunities and threats. we should actively use advantagereduce weaknessesseize the opportunityand avoid the threats. in the automotive industry we need a beautiful turnaround completely change the backward position. this paper s another innovation point is that we should avoid many risks when we develop new energy vehicles. author hopes that this paper can put forward some suggestions for new energy vehicles industry development. key wordsnew energy;
