It lies in the joint of the Wenhua Road and Renao Road in Shenyang. The project is used for teaching for school, and it contains classrooms, laboratories, offices and so on. This project covers an area of 1681.62 square meters, and the floor space are 7567.29 square meters. The building is five storeys high and four storeys in some parts. Total height of this building is 21.60m, and the difference of height between indoors and outside is 0.45m. The total length of the building is 88.22 m, and there are two avoiding shaking seams which are 100mm wide during it. The designed service life of the Architecture is fifty years, and the construction fire protection rank is three rank.The structural form of the civil engineering is reinforcement concrete casting frame .The strength class of the frame column is C30, and the cross sections of column is 500500 mm. The strength class of the frame beam is C25, the cross sections of the vertical beam is 300600 mmand the cross sections of the later beam is 300550 mmwhile the later beam of corridor is 300300 mm. The daughter wall is builded by reinforced concrete, and the other wall is used hollow bricks. The soil condition of the building site is good, so use under column independent foundation with the concrete of C25, and the depth of the foundation is 1.8m. The design meet economy needs. The design strictly complied with the currently used code of our Country. The calculation includes the calculation of the earthquake load and wind load, the composition of internal force, the design of frame beam and column, the design of the foundation and the calculation of the stairs , boards and rain loose.
