摘要 文化负载词是指包含大量源语言独特文化内涵的词语和词组，其翻译对于将 源语言文化介绍到目标语中以及促进不同文化之间的交流起着尤其重要的作用。 但是文化负载词给翻译提出了一个难题：由于其包含丰富的文化信息和独特的文 化内涵，译者很难在翻译中实现完全对等。不同译者和学者对文化负载词的翻译 持有不同的意见。本文从归化异化的角度探讨阿q 正传的两个英译本( 一个 选自中国译者杨宪益、戴乃迭，另一个选自美国翻译家威廉莱尔) 中文化负载词 的翻译方法，旨在对文化负载词的翻译作出尝试性研究。 本文首先回顾了不同学者对文化负载词这一概念的阐述，中西方关于文化负载 词的翻译研究和文化负载词的两种翻译策略归化和异化的争论以及阿q 正传 中包含的文化信息的翻译研究，接着对文本中的文化负载词进行分类，并展现其 在两个英译本中的翻译方法。在此基础上，作者从归化异化的角度对文化负载词 的翻译做出探讨，分别总结了不同译者在翻译中的可取和不足之处，最后得出异 化是文化负载词较为理想的翻译策略的结论。作者指出尽管归化异化是互为补充 的翻译策略，但是从文化负载词翻译的角度出发，异化翻译不仅可以忠实于原文， 还能有效地丰富目标语言，同时促进不同文化之间的平等交流。最后，作者提出
