There be结构与have的区别。从结构上讲，have 前必须有主语，而there be结构的主语在谓语be的后面。从意义上讲，两者都可译为“有”，但have表示“所有、占有”关系，即表示“某人有某物”。而there be结构表示“存在”关系，即表示“某地/某时存在某物”。Eg.1) I have a new dictionary. I dont have a new dictionary.
