摘要 近二十年来外语教学界从多个视角对学习者自主性展开了大量的研究。本文试图 就元认知策略在培养大学英语学习者自主性中的重要性以及语言教师在通过元 认知策略培训促进学习者自主性中的积极作用做一定探讨。 作者首先回顾了学习者自主性、元认知策略及学习策略培训的相关文献和研究成 果，以探讨三者之间的密切联系并为其后的讨论做好理论铺垫。作者继而在6 2 名非英语专业学生中间进行了问卷调查，他们被划分为三组：更成功的学习者 成功的学习者和不成功的学习者。通过对问卷数据的分析，作者得出结论：对于 学习者自主性的态度以及在英语学习中使用元认知策略的能力极大地影响着英 语学习者的学习效果和语言成就。在文献研究和闯卷调查的基础上，作者提出了 以元认知策略为基础的讲解模式，其目的在于培养英语学习者的自主性，从而提
