健美操论文：北京市体育院校健美操专项教学与职业资格鉴定的问题研究【中文摘要】本文以北京市四所院校(北京师范大学、北京体育大学、首都体育学院和中央民族大学)健美操专项教学适应职业资格鉴定发展的情况及改革措施为研究对象,以健美操职业资格鉴定标准为依据,通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法等方法,从健美操专项课的开设情况、教学内容安排情况、教学考核情况以及健美操专项学生的学习现状等方面对其展开调查和分析。是了解北京市健美操专项教学的现状,找出存在的问题,在此基础上提出一些参考性的意见和对策,为北京市健美操专项教学适应职业资格鉴定的健康发展提供一些理论依据。通过调查分析得出以下结论:1.健美操社会体育指导员职业资格鉴定分初级、中级、高级和指导师四个资格等级的鉴定,随着资格等级的提高,所注重考核内容由健美操专业技术技能向健美操专项理论转变,等级越高对健美操专项理论水平要求越高,且从高级资格开始要求具有一定的外语应用能力。2.四所院校关于不同专业健美操专项生的培养目标相对专一化。健美操教学大纲中健美操专项技术和专项理论课时安排情况显示在教学中重技术轻理论的现象,必然导致学生专项理论知识缺乏;考核中有些院校忽视专项理论和专项技能中的综合技能考核,只强调学生所掌握的技术动作情况。3.目前北京市四所院校健美操专项课教学大纲的制定对健美操社会健身指导员职业资格鉴定要求有所忽视,使健身理论内容的教授有所缺失,造成所培养健美操专业人才不能很快适应社会需求。4.参与调研的学生对于健美操社会体育指导员职业资格鉴定中规定考核的健美操大众锻炼标准规定动作的掌握情况比较好;领操带操能力一般,缺乏实践;健身指导能力和外语应用能力不够好,有待提高。5.现阶段各校的教学目标对于职业资格鉴定存在一定的不适应性,学生在实际工作所需要的专项技能有所缺失。在健美操专项教学中应建立“多元化”教学目标,增加专项理论的学时数,调整技术教学内容的比例,并加强专项技能的培养,拓展学生的就业渠道。【英文摘要】The article takes Beijing four universities (Beijing normal university, Beijing sports university, capital sports institute and the central university for nationalities) of aerobic specialized teaching adapt to professional qualification appraisal development situation and reform measures as research object, by aerobics professional qualification appraisal standard as the basis, By using literature, questionnaire, interview method and mathematical statistics method, from the aerobics class of special arrangements, teaching content, teaching evaluation and calisthenics special students study present situation of the investigation and analysis.
