摘要 摘要 问候语是人们社会生活中最为普遍的表达行为，在同一语言内部，其成员 对问候语的使用表现为一种无意识的社会习惯，然而在跨文化交际中，人们在 使用问候语时却经常产生误会。近年来不少学者对不同文化背景，操有不同语 言的人们在进行交际时所产生的失误进行了分析研究。在西方国家，研究者们 从不同的角度对问候进行了分析和探讨，比如；d u r a n t i 从人类学的角度， g o f f m a n 从社会学的角度等。在中国也有很多研究者对问候语进行了分析和比 较，例如；钱厚生将问候语和告别语作为整体来研究，陈晓芳从社会语用学的 观点分析了称谓语中英的异同，但人们确很少探讨因文化而产生的问候分歧。 本文首先从语用学，社会语言学，和人类语言学三个角度来分别探讨问候 语的类别和性质，同时在进行中英问候语对比中应用了很多的语用学理论，比 如语内表现行为理论，和相邻对理论等。而针对体态语，它属于非语言交际， 我们很难从语言学的角度对其进行分析，因此没有将它作为讨论的重点。 其次，在上述的理论基础上，本文分析了影响问候语的因素及中英问候语 的不同，并重点强调和使用文化因素来解析和说明中英之间i ；7 候语的差异。 总之，本文从语用学及文化两方面入手，对英语和汉语的问候语进行了分 析和比较。一方面，从语用学的角度来剖析问候语的理论共性，另一方面重点 解读和分析文化因素，已强调文化对交际的影响和因文化差异所带来的问候语 使用上的差异以及对交际的影响。从而进步探讨如何在跨文化交际中避免这 些文化差异，如何将其导入到教学之中，以提高中国英语学习者恰当地使用问 候语的能力并成为成功的跨文化交际者。 关键词：问候语，文化，跨文化交际 a b s t r a c t a b s t r
