韭塞銮煎太堂亟里焦途塞擅 噩 摘要 作为一种修辞方法，隐喻不仅仅常见于各种文学作品，在日常生活中也频繁 出现。有统计数字表明，在我们的日常交流中，每三句话中就会出现一个隐喻， 甚至有人说，“人的一生当中要使用两千一百万个隐喻”。隐喻如此广泛的被使用 使得越来越多的人关注到这个语言现象。特别是如何翻译隐喻成了翻译理论家和 翻译实践者共同关心和探讨的问题。 本文首先从传统的修辞学、语用学和认知语言学等方面对隐喻的概念进行了 探讨和界定。 文章第二部分对国内外隐喻研究的历史和现状作了简要的回顾，主要介绍了 “对比论”、“替代论”、隐喻互动理论及认知与隐喻和语用与隐喻等方面的研究。 在诸多的理论当中，1 9 8 6 年由s p e r b 盯和d e i r d r ew i l s o n 提出的关联理论独树一 帜，从认知和语用的角度分析了人类语言交际行为，给隐喻的理解和翻译指出了 一条新的路径。 关联理论指出交际是一个明示推理的过程，那么作为交际当中被频繁使用的 隐喻如何通过这一理论进行阐释和理解呢? 本文的第三部分运用关联理论对隐 喻进行了分析和阐释。 文章的第四部分探讨了广告作品中隐喻的翻译问题。分析证明，关联理论不 仅能够从语言认知和语用的角度来解释隐喻，而且对隐喻的翻译提供了一条新思 路。
