中文摘要 焦虑，从心理学观点来看，是指由外在的不确定因素或危险的刺激而引起的一种强 烈持续的负面情感以及期待、烦躁、恐惧等感受组成的不愉快的情绪体验。早在二十世 纪四、五十年代，焦虑就成为西方国家教育心理学的研究及实验中关注的对象。进入二 十世纪七十年代后，二语习得领域取得了长足进展，研究的重点也从关注学习者外部因 素转向对内部因素的探讨。许多语言学家便把目光投向了对外语学习焦虑情绪的研究。 国外近三十年的研究结果表明：语言焦虑是决定学习者成败与否的关键因素，是最具影 响力的情感变量之一。这些前期研究对外语学习中存在的焦虑与外语学习之间的关系取 得了比较一致的看法，认为外语焦虑和外语成绩、自我水平评估以及动机之间存在持续 的负相关。 我国的语言学家尽管也已经意识到外语焦虑在英语学习中的负作用，但相关的实证 研究却不多。而纵观国内外几十年的研究，作者发现大部分学者只是宽泛地研究了外语 学习过程中的焦虑情绪，并没有深入探讨学习各种具体语言技能过程中的焦虑，尤其对 于在听力课堂学习过程中产生的焦虑情绪的研究非常有限。因此，在汲取前人研究成果 的前提下，本文重点研究高职学生的英语听力焦虑，尝试分析焦虑情绪对听力的影响， 并进一步探讨引起焦虑的原因，提出减轻焦虑的策略。 本研究采用观察、问卷调查和访谈的形式，对来自青岛港湾职业技术学院一年级的 1 5 0 名学生进行了听力课堂焦虑调查。 在研究中，我们发现：高职学生在英语听力课堂与测试中焦虑普遍存在；高职学生 的听力焦虑也存在着促进性焦虑和抑制性焦虑，也就是说，焦虑情绪在听力课堂中对听 力理解既会产生积极影响，也会产生负面影响，而且抑制性焦虑的确影响学生的听力成 绩。通过对焦虑问卷和访谈等结果的整理分析，本文探索了引起学习者听力焦虑的原因， 并尝试从教学心理及教学方法等方面提出一些缓解焦虑的应对策略，力图创造一种低焦
