上海海事大学硕士学位论文 摘要 随着中国经济的持续强劲的发展与世界贸易量的不断放大，干散装货物的运 输量也随之急剧增加。散货船作为世界上货物运输的一种主流船舶，其货物包装 费用非常少，货物装卸速度快、运量大与运输成本低等散货船舶的技术经济特征 越来越显现。以吨位计目前散装船约占世界船舶的3 3 ，在一定的程度上带领着 世界贸易和经济，所以散货船是世界贸易的调节杆 但是近十多年以来，散货船事故发生率大幅度提高，造成了生命和财产巨大 损失，引起整个航运界的震惊与极大关注。许多事故报告表明，结构损伤是导致 散货船断损事故发生的主要因素之一。在有些状况下，船舶断裂就像折断铅笔一 样。因此，为了预防船舶结构损失，应该采取科学有效的安全措施。 大部分散货船的船体结构能力下降与损坏是因为疲劳和腐蚀的影响，而且， 往往是因为船体的关键区域的疲劳和腐蚀所致。通过对大多数散货船的结构损坏 情况的调查，发现结构损坏大部分是从关键区域开始，这些区域也是船体的应力 集中区域。结构不连续和结构破裂都会引起应力集中现象，而关键区域的应力集 中和结构破裂也会进一步加剧结构疲劳和腐蚀一旦船体关键区域发生损伤，可 能会进一步导致整个船体结构恶化因此，为散货船的船舶结构安全，船体关键 区域的安全显得极为重要。 船舶建造过程中的工艺不良，货物装卸不妥，大风浪操纵不当和船龄较长等 各种原因，往往是影响关键区域的损害和引起散货船体结构变劣的主要原因 首先。为关键区域的结构安全，船舶在建造过程中各个环节工作质量的细仔 监控特别重要。船舶结构的大部分关键区域都位于结构不连续的部位、焊接接头 和焊接末端。关键区域的不连续性与未对准的焊接有很大的关系。如果结构的焊 接部位有潜在缺陷，比如：未对准的焊接接头，未熔合焊接和未焊渗透等，很容 易发生应力集中状态，并且也会使其它结构特性下降此外，现代造船技术是中 间产品( 零件、部件，组件及次模块) 装配的一个过程，而船体装配是一个以焊 接为主的过程，所以对船体的关键区域安全而言，造船过程中焊接工作极为重要。 其次。在船舶营运中，船舶货物装卸不当会引起结构破坏。如可能因为货物 过载、不正确的配载或装卸设备使用不当等情况。如果装卸设备触撞船体，尤其 是碰撞关键区域而引起损坏又不及时修补，将会引起整个船舶结构变劣。船舶在 大风浪中运行时，结构可能会受到各种外力冲击，这些外力会使船体关键区域产 生疲劳损伤导致整个船体结构产生裂缝或断裂事故。因此，货物装卸时或海上运 i 上海海事大学磺士学位论文 行时船体关键区域的安全是很重要的。此外，日常维护与保养工作也是非常重要， 如果维护保养不当，则会加速折旧，缩短使用寿命，甚至造成结构损伤，诱发海 伤事故。这项工作的成功与否在一定程度上决定了船体关键区域的腐蚀率。所以， 如果在日常维护工作中发现有轻微的裂纹等损坏，应该立即采取修补措施，以阻 止其进一步扩大同时，在船舶大修时需要详细检查所有关键区域，然后进行修 理。因此，在船舶营运中为了船体安全，需要特别注意关键区域。 第三，关键区域的腐蚀率是船体结构安全必需要考虑的重要因素。营运中的 船体结构在任何时候应确保其可靠性。在船体梁的大部分关键区域的强度因为腐 蚀而变差，船体梁结构能力下降，船体的剖面模数将被减小，导致结构损坏。 由于腐蚀船体梁抵抗力随着时问而下降，静水弯矩和波浪弯矩等也会使要求载荷 发生变化。由于抵抗能力和要求载荷的变异，船舶结构的可靠性也会随着时间而 变化。应根据在某个时间内的结构非失效的可能性经常测算其可靠性。因此，通 过估计船体的随时间变化的可靠性，可以预测任何时候的结构安全状况，以防患 与未然。 本文在理论与实践上，对散货船在建造与营运中i 盼船体关键区域的损伤傍况 进行了深入研究，并提出了防止船体结构受损的安全措施 1 在船体建造期间，为了减少应力集中的不良影响，需要特别注意甲板和船 底部位纵向结构的连续性。为了使填角焊补位与托架末端以及开口等关键区域的 安全。在加工和装配时因该特别注意这些区域焊接质量不良将会导致关键区域 的损伤。腐蚀是关键区域经常受到的损伤，因此，在船舶建造时应该注意加强防 腐措施 2 在装卸货时，因该避免造成突然超载或不均匀装载，以防止结构重大损 伤。仔细查看货物装卸状况是否正常非常重要。此外，当装载高密度货物时， 从装载开始到大舱顶部压盖防移层，应该采取适当缓慢的卸载速率另外，为避 免船体发生扭曲， 应充分注意货物的应力集中情况，采取有效措施，防止不同 舱室的货物聚集于舯线相反舷侧。为了避免货物在航行中移动，在航行之前应合 理平舱。 3 为了避免恶劣海况造成的结构损伤，应使船舶操纵至波浪对船体影响最少 航向上避免货舱进水非常重要，一旦海水进入货舱，船体结构承载不堪重负， 而且由于船体外部其他各种载荷，结构也将更易损害 4 在检查、维护和修理工作中，每当装载腐蚀性货物诸如高含流量煤炭等货 物之后，应作特别检查。不应忽略由疲劳或物理损伤导致的任何不起眼的细微的 裂纹。船舶结构中的疲劳裂纹如果不被及时修理，可能会诱发灾难性事故。因此， 上海海事大学磺士学位论文 在检查过程中需要对钢板的局部厚度测量，并且如果发现任何板材或肋骨厚度过 份损失，应该立刻更新而且，应在严格控制之下，由专业的焊接工来完成所发 现的所有裂纹的修理工作 。 5 船体内外部的各种载荷与应力，以及在船舶营运期间的过大应力都引起 关键区域的损伤。货物装卸不当、恶劣天气及船体结构的应力过大都会造成结构 损坏。有时，危险状况发生得太快，以致于来不及发布应急信息。为避免这类危 险情况，船舶在装卸货物和海上运行时可通过沿船体纵向安装的应力传感器和加 速器测出船体应力变化，并及时报警，以将进行损失减到最小为此，本文以将 要安装在上海海事大学“育锋”轮上的“船体应力监测系统”( h s l i s ) 为例作了进一 步阐述。 本论文的主要目的是通过对散货船体的关键区域安全的研究，提出有效防止 散货船的结构失效的安全措施。主要完成的工作有： 分析了散货船损坏的原因与关键区域对散货船体结构安全的影响； 探讨了散货船体结构的情况以及在关键区域的结构受伤状况； 阐述了建造过程中尤其在分装配和总装配时船体关键区域可能会发 生的损伤现象。为此，本人在造船厂对焊接作业中可能发生的焊接 不完善性做了深入的调查，并提出了自己的观点： ， 研究了船舶营运中货物装卸、大风浪操纵和维修过程中对关键区域 可能会发生的结构损伤着重提出了关键区域的腐蚀和疲劳裂纹的 检查与维修要点，并提出了日常维护和修理相应的方法： 分析了船体在腐蚀影响下随时间变化的船体结构可靠性计算方法 文中的安全裕度公式是用以表述抵抗力要求和载荷要求的计算过 程。用随时间变化的腐蚀数学模型来考虑随机的抵抗力，以及随时 问变化的静水弯矩和波浪弯矩的总弯曲力矩这一随机载荷通过可 靠性函数对船舶在规定使用船龄内不同时段的状况进行计算，并以 一艘散货船为列，对传统的方法与本文提出的方法进行计算与比较， 得出了比较实时精确的结论。
