贮存使用可靠性模型及其统计分析 贮存使用可靠性模型及其统计推断 摘要 本论文着重讨论了贮存可靠性中的贮存使用可靠性问题。 贮存使用可靠性问题是可靠性工程中的一特殊问题，它考虑了贮存过程中 产品的使用情况，是将使用对产品可靠性的影响与贮存结合起来。本论文主要从 以下几个方面对其进行了讨论：贮存- 使用可靠性模型的建模、统计推断等。 许多高技术产品特别是元件，从出厂到使用，都会经历很长一段时间的贮存， 并且它们的使用一般是在危急生命安全的重大事件发生时；能否保障此类产品在 贮存一段时间后其可靠性仍能满足要求? 如何保障此类产品在规定的任务时间 内能够安全可靠? 这也是贮存可靠性研究中亟待解决的问题。在第3 章中，以文 献 4 3 中提出的包含贮存时间和使用时间的贮存可靠性模型为基础，根据可靠性 工程背景和可靠性理论有关知识，给出了一个具体的贮存一使用可靠性模型，并 讨论了其统计推断问题。 产品在贮存过程中，一般要定期通电检测以确知其可靠与否，这个通电过程 即为使用过程。尽管每次检测所需的时间非常短，检测的影响也很小，但是多次 检测的累积却是不可忽略的。在本论文中称这类贮存使用可靠性模型为贮存检 测模型。在第4 章中，讨论了考虑检测影响的贮存一检测模型、考虑检测时间和 检测影响的贮存检测模型，并给出其相应的统计推断。
