摘要 本文研究的目的在于从认知文体学的角度分析小说人物的思维风格。“思维 风格”这一术语由r o g e rf o w l e r ( f o w l e r , 1 9 7 7 ) 首创，指的是语篇中反复出现的 语言模式所反映出的世界观，即主人公感知、认知“语篇世界”的独特方式。 为了达到这个研究目的，本文选择了v i r g i n i a w o o l f 的意识流名篇达洛卫 夫人为分析对象，从主人公c l a r i s s a d a l l o w a y 特点鲜明、反复出现的语言模 式入手，分析她的思维风格。本文的语言模式分析涉及五个方面：词汇选择、 常用的句法模式、语篇的衔接手段、意象和象征以及隐喻。在分析主人公的语 言模式时，本文遵循r f o l w e r ( f o w l e r , 1 9 7 7 ；1 9 8 3 ；1 9 9 6 ) gl e e c ha n dm s h o r t ( l e e c ha n ds h o r ，1 9 8 1 ) 提出的分析模式，也采纳了m a k h a l l i d a y ( h a l l i d a y ，1 9 7 3 ；1 9 9 4 ) 有关思维风格分析的相关概念。本文主要借助认知隐喻理 论来解释主人公反复使用的隐喻。
