用，还有言外之意的类型和语用价值进行研究，发现智力参与和言外之意之间存在着 密切的关系，即智力参与贯穿言外之意分析的整个过程，智力参与的程度影响言外之 意的分析，智力参与的方法有助于言外之意的理解，言外之意的分析反映智力参与的 水平。并且本文通过以上的结论总结出智力参与和言外之意对英语教学所产生的影响。 在智力参与的过程中，教师可以创造良好的智力参与环境还有给学生以辅助性的指导。 学生的智力参与程度影响英语教学质量。在分析言外之意方面，正确地分析言外之意 可以提高学生的英语听力理解，阅读理解和会话的水平。这不仅创造了良好的课堂氛 围，并且促进了师生之间的交流和互动，从而调动了学生的积极性和激励教师不断地 提高自身专业素质。这对于改变现有的英语教学模式，提高整体教学质量有着深远的 影响。 关键词：智力参与；言外之意；推理；分析；合作原则；英语教学 i i c o n t e
