公民意识论文:思想品德课对初中生的公民意识的培养【中文摘要】公民意识的培养已经成为世界范围内普遍关注的教育话题。在党的十七大报告中,把公民意识的培养上升为国家的一项重要策略。初中生是祖国的未来、民族的希望,对初中生进行公民意识的培养是一项非常紧迫的工作。从学校目前的课程设置和课程目标看,初中思想品德课与初中生公民意识的培养的关系最直接、最密切,因此,通过思想品德课对初中生进行公民意识的培养是一个实际而又有意义的做法。本文在梳理国内外相关研究成果的基础上,结合思想品德课程标准和苏教版初中思想品德课教材,分析了思想品德课对初中生进行公民意识的培养的重要意义,三维目标,初中生应该具备的公民意识的内涵和教材中渗透的公民意识培养的相关内容。为了解目前初中生的公民意识的现状,本文对苏南某学校初中三个年级的学生进行了问卷调查和个体访谈,发现我国初中生的公民意识呈分化状态,约1/3的学生表现出良好的公民素养,而约1/3的学生公民意识还比较薄弱,我国初中生的公民意识总体水平不高。基于这一现状,笔者分析了造成这种现状的社会、家庭、学校和学生个人等方面的原因,提出了加强对初中生进行公民意识培养的一些建议,如:提升思想品德课教师的公民意识;优化思想品德课的教学内容和教学方法;完善思想品德课的实践教学环节,制度化、规范化地开展实践活动;寻求多方配合,形成初中生公民意识培养的合力。希望通过这些尝试,使思想品德课对初中生的公民意识的培养取得实效。【英文摘要】Nowadays the cultivation of civic awareness has already become a common topic in the field of education worldwide. Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has also made the cultivation of civic awareness one of our nations important strategies. Undoubtedly, junior schools play a key role in the development of civic awareness among the junior school students. Junior school students are on the significant stage of both physically and mentally developing, thus making the cultivation of civic awareness especially urgent. Junior Ideological and Moral Course has a direct and close relation with the cultivation of awareness of the junior school students from the angle of school curriculum arrangement and course target. Therefore, it is both meaningful and practical to cultivate junior school studentscivic awareness.On the basis of relevant research both at home and abroad, combined with The Curriculum Standard of Ideological and Moral Course as well as the Jiangsu edition of Ideological and Moral Course books, this article analyzes the importance and the three-dimensional targets of the cultivation of civic awareness of junior school students, as well as the connotation of the civic awareness that junior school students should have and the related contents in the teaching materials.In order to find out the present situation of the civic awareness of junior school students, this essay applies the method of empirical analysis to three grades in a junior school in southern Jiangsu. Through questionnaire and interview, the author discovered that the civic awareness of junior school students in our country differentiates, that is, about one third students have better civic ethics while about one third students are quite the contrary. In other words, the civic awareness of our junior school students is not satisfactory in general. Based on such a situation, this paper explores the causes in society, family, school and students themselves. It puts forwards some suggestions to raise the civic awareness of junior school students, such as raising the civic awareness of the teachers of Ideological and Moral Course, improving the contents and methods of teaching, perfecting the practice teaching procedures of Ideological and Moral Course, making practice activities more systematical and standardized, multi-party collaborating to cultivate the civic awareness of junior school students cooperatively.
