集装箱液袋卸货SOP1 放置吸泵：在装有货物的集装箱与存储罐之间适宜的地方放置吸泵。Place pump: put pump at place between container with liquid cargo and storage tank.2 打开右侧集装箱门：仅打开右侧集装箱门，左侧集装箱门在卸货过程中一直处于关闭状态。Open the right door of the container: open the right door only. Keep the left door closed during discharging. 3 安装卸货管道：去掉卸货阀门外层的防尘帽以及旋塞，将卸货管道的转换接头连接到液袋卸货阀门上，并卡紧，再将卸货管道的另一端连接到存储罐上，确保这两个接头连接正确。Install transferring hose: remove the cam lock cap and flat valve cap. Connect and fasten the cam lock adapter to the valve. And then connect the other side of hose to the spout of the storage tank, making sure that the connection between them is secured.4 顺时针转动阀门把手直至阀门完全打开，使袋体内的液体流出同时开启吸泵进行工作；若卸货管道需要支撑，则找相应的硬物支撑在软管下面。Turning the valve stem clockwise till the valve is completely open, let the liquid cargo outflow and start the engine of pump to discharge cargo; in the discharging process, if the transferring hose needs support, find something hard as supporter under the hose. 5 若液体排除70%-80%，即液袋内的货物距离集装箱底约15cm左右，用叉车在集装箱后部抬起，使集装箱与水平面呈30,这样货物便会99%被排出。When 70% to 80% of the liquid was discharged, the liquid surface is about 15cm higher than container floor, raise the container from the rear end with forklift till the angle between the container floor and horizon comes to 30, in this way, 99% of liquid would be discharged.6 打开集装箱左侧门，然后用小刀将捆绑方钢的扎条割断。Open the left door of the container，cut off the cable tie binding steel bar.7 自上而下拆卸方钢。Dismantle steel bar from top to bottom.8 待卸货管道内无货物流出时，关闭卸货阀门，停止吸泵的运转并拆掉卸货管道与卸货阀门处的连接，并将旋塞与防尘帽拧到阀门上。When there is no liquid cargo outflowing, close the valve, shut the engine of pump and remove the connection between transferring hose and valve. Screw on the cap and put the cam lock cap on the valve.9 将挡板与最后两根方钢拆除掉。Remove the cardboard and the last two steel bar off the container. 10 用叉车将集装箱放平恢复原位置。Replace the container with forklift.11 进入到集装箱内部，将集装箱内的液袋折叠，如图11所示，然后抬出集装箱内。Enter into the container, fold the flexitank and carry it out from the container.
