the characteristic and protective of historic town on southwest mountainous region a thesis submitted to chongqing university in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of master of engineering by yuan mingquan supervisor: vice prof. dong shiyong major: urban planning and design college of architecture and urban planning chongqing university, chongqing, china may 2008 中文摘要 i 摘摘 要要 历史城镇的保护在国内外一直都被广泛关注。历史城镇保护的内容包括：历 史城镇的格局和风貌；与历史文化密切相关的自然地貌、水系、风情名胜、古树 名木；反映历史风貌的建筑群、街区、村镇；各级文化保护单位；民俗精华、传 统工艺、传统文化等。 西南山地历史城镇因所处的自然环境、地理特征、气候条件和宗教信仰、风 俗习惯的差异，反映在城镇的风貌上各不相同，具有强烈的地域特征和民族特色。 随着西部大开发战略的实施和旅游产业的发展，西南山地历史城镇正面临着保护 与发展的矛盾。本文基于西南山地特殊的地理环境和文化特色，分析保护中的特 殊性，以及相关的矛盾和问题，探索适应性的保护策略和保护方法，最后通过一 个具体的案例分析来阐述西南山地历史城镇保护中的主要方法。 全文主要包括四个部分的内容： 第一部分包括第 1 章和第 2 章。 第 1 章主要是论述了本文研究的意义和西南山 地历史城镇保护研究的现状，并提出论文研究的总体框架。第 2 章借鉴类型学的 方法分析了西南山地历史城镇的缘起和类型；并从生态环境、城镇风貌、历史文 化、社会和经济发展上分析了西南山地历史城镇的特色。 第二部分为第 3 章。 该章分析了西南山地历史城镇的保护认识， 既从普遍性也 从特殊性上进行了分析研究。研究了西南山地历史城镇因自然环境、社会经济发 展和文化背景与发展上的特殊性给历史城镇的保护带来的特殊影响，并分析了西 南山地历史城镇的特殊价值，最后阐述了西南历史城镇保护面临的问题和矛盾。 第三部分包括第 4 章和第 5 章。 该部分主要是立足于前文的认识和分析， 对西 南山地历史城镇的保护提出可行性的保护策略和方法，并进行相关案例的分析。 其中第 4 章从加强西南山地历史城镇的保护意识，加强西南山地历史城镇的控制 与引导和完善西南山地历史城镇保护的实施管理机制三个方面进行了对策的研 究。第 5 章就历史城镇在生态环境保护、城镇实体环境保护、城镇形态保护、城 镇景观保护和民俗文化保护上提出多种保护方法。 第四部分包括第 6 章和第 7 章。 第 6 章主要是以一个保护规划的实例为对象进 行详细分析，对前文的研究加以运用。第 7 章是论文的最后结语。 关键词：山地，历史城镇，特色，保护策略，保护方法 参见. 历史文化名城保护规划规范. 2005 重庆大学硕士学位论文 ii 英文摘要 iii abstract the protection of historical towns has been paid attention all the while both at home and abroad. the contents list of the historical towns need to be protected: the patterns and scene of the historical towns, the physiognomy and water system, showplace and rare botany closely related to the historic culture; the architectural complex, the block, the villages and small towns, cultural protection units which reflect the historical style; the custom elite, traditional technics, traditional culture and so on. because of the differences in natural environment, the geography, the climatic the religious, the custom among the southwest history towns, conditions and belief, manners and s difference, there are different.the southwest mountainous region history towns are facing the dilemma between protecting and the development of the historical towns this article based on the southwest mountainous region special geographical environment and the cultural characteristic, in the analysis protections particularity, as well as the related contradiction and the question, the exploration compatible protection strategy and the protection method, elaborates in the southwest mountainous region history cities protection main method finally through a concrete case analysis. there are four parts in the thesis: the part one includes chapter1 and the chapter2, chapter1 mainly discusses the purport and the status at present of the southwest mountainous region history towns and puts forward the frame of the thesis.chapter2 analyzes at the typology angle the historic patterns, and the characteristics of environment and the towns scene, the historical culture, the social development, the economic development of southwest mountainous region history towns. the part two includes chapter3. this chapter stated the basic cognition of protecting the mountainous history towns in southwest, and also analyze the effect on the protection from natural environment, socio-economic development and the cultural context. this chapter also analyzes the value of the mountainous history towns in southwest, and question and dilemma they faced. 重庆大学硕士学位论文 iv the part three includes chapter4 and chapter5. this part is mainly bases on the understanding and the analysis to the mountainous history towns in southwest, proposes the feasible protection strategies and the methods, and analyzes related cases. the chapter4 proposes the strategies about strengthens consciousness of protection, control and the guidance, management mechanism to the mountainous history towns in southwest. the chapter5 states methods of protecting mountainous history towns in southwest, at the angle of ecological environmental, substantial environmental, shape of towns, landscape and custom. the part4 includes chapter6 and the chapter7. the chapter6 takes an example, analyzing it based the theory above. the chapter7 is the conclusion. keyword: mountainous;
