Requirements for Construction Drawings 用于设计方案阶段的一套完整的图纸至少应包括封面、图纸目录、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图。A complete set of drawings used in the design stage shall at least include the cover, drawing content, engineering design instructions and graphic symbols, list of equipment and materials, system diagram, and plan view.用于施工阶段的图纸至少应包括封面、图纸目录、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图及设备的安装大样图。A complete set of drawings used in the construction stage shall at least include the cover, drawing content, engineering design instructions and graphic symbols, list of equipment and materials, system diagram, plan view, and the detail drawing of equipment installation.照明专业图纸范围如下:Scope of drawings for lighting is as follows:必须包括封面、图纸目录、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图、机房设备布置图、安装大样图。安装详图根据项目情况,应由设计师根据项目的可实现性和各专业分项工程的配合决定绘图深度,设计出满足项目需求的可实施的拓展性安装详图。It shall include the cover sheet, drawing content, engineering design instructions and graphic symbols, list of equipment and materials, system diagram, plan view, layout of equipment in equipment room, and detail drawing of equipment installation. Feasible and extendable detail drawing for equipment installation shall be designed according to the project situations by the designer who shall decide the depth of drawing according to the project feasibility and coordination between all subdivisional works of each discipline to satisfy the project requirements. 4.1封面 Cover封面应包含项目名称、图纸性质(初步设计、施工图、竣工图等)、公司名称、日期。The cover shall bear the project name, drawing property (preliminary design, construction drawing, as built drawing, etc.), company name, and date.4.2图纸目录 Drawing content 图纸目录应包含以下内容:项目名称、项目编号、设计公司名称、专业、图纸名称、图纸编号、图幅、出图日期、制图人及审核人等内容。The drawing content shall include the following: project name, project ID, name of design corporation, discipline, drawing name, drawing number, sheet, drawing finishing date, the person who draws, and the auditor.4.3工程设计说明及图例 Engineering design instructions and graphic symbols设计总说明须包括但不限于:工程概况、设计依据、各子系统施工内容、施工要求和注意事项、设计特殊要求和施工配合要点、设计范围内智能化系统与相关专业的技术接口要求、图例符号等。The general design instructions shall include, without limitation to: Project profile, design basis, construction contents of each sub system, construction requirements and notices, special design requirements and key points in construction cooperation, technical interface requirements for the intelligent system and relevant disciplines within the scope of design, graphic symbols, and so on.4.4设备材料清单 List of equipment and materials在材料表中的图形符号图例应采用国标,其次是部标、行标。未予规定的自拟图形图例,应在图例中标出且加以说明。当使用国标图形图例,又给予不同含义时也应加以说明,一套图纸的图例符号应前后一致。Graphic symbols in the list of materials shall adopt those in national standards, followed by ministerial standards and industry standards. Self made graphic drawings not specified shall be marked in the graphic symbols with explanations. Explanations shall also be given when graphic symbols in national standards are given different meanings. The graphic symbols used in one set of drawings shall be in consistence with each other. 设备材料清单,按系统开列组成系统主要设备和材料,应标明设备名称、规格型号、主要技术指标、品牌(产地)、数量。非标设备、材料应备注说明技术要求。The list of equipment and materials shall list the major equipment and materials constituting the system, with an indication of the equipment name, specification and model, key technical indicators, brand (origin), and quantity. Technical requirements for nonstandard equipment and materials shall be marked.各个平面图、设备房图应随附图例并标注数量。包括电脑、软件、编程工具、机柜、电源、变压器等设备材料都必须在图纸上或设备材料中体现出来,并且注明型号、规格、数量总和。All plan views and equipment room drawings shall be attached with graphic symbols and quantity. Equipment and materials including computers, software, programming tools, cabinets, power supply and transformers shall be indicated in the drawings or list of equipment materials, with clear indication of the model, specification and total quantity.4.5系统图System diagram4.5.1照明供配电系统图:应注明系统结构、主要配置、终端分布、主干线缆、供电要求、文字说明等。具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第3章,第4章。当有类似5D剧场有人员参与演出涉及舞台照明时,舞台照明的供电与负荷计算应参照民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第9章9.6节的相关规定。Drawing of lighting power supply and distribution system: With clear indication of the system structure, major configuration, terminal distribution, trunk cables, power supply requirements, explanatory notes, etc. For detailed principles for design, please refer to chapters 3 and 4 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings.When there are personnel participating in the stage show in likely-to-be 5D theater with stage illumination involved, power supply and load calculation of stage illumination shall refer to the related regulations of Section 9.6, Chapter 9 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings.注意:Notes:1.当采用可控硅做调光设备时,其电源变压器宜采用接线方式为/Y0的变压器。When SCR components are used as dimmer device, the supply transformer shall be / Y0 transformer.2.为抑制高次谐波对照明控制装置及其它系统设备的干扰,除应满足民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第22章第22.3节的规定外,还应注意:电声,电视转播设备的电源不宜接在照明用电变压器上。To restrain the interference of ultraharmonics on illumination control devices and other system equipments, except that the regulations of Section 22.3, Chapter 22 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings shall be met, shall take note of the following: the power supply of electroacoustic and television relay equipment shall not connect to the transformers for illumination.4.5.2配电箱系统图:应标注配电箱编号、型号、进线回路编号;标注各开关(或熔断器)型号、规格;标注出线回路编号、导线型号规格;负荷量;对于单相应标明相别;并标明负荷名称。具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第7章,建筑照明设计标准GB 50034-2004第7章。System diagram of switch box: It shall indicate the switch box No., model, and lead-in loop No.; it shall also indicate the model and specification of switches (or fuses), outgoing line loop No., and model and specification of leads, as well as the load capacity; the phase sequence shall be marked for single-phase wire; the load name shall also be marked. For details, please refer to chapter 7 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings and chapter 7 of GB 50034-2004 Standard for Lighting Design of Buildings. 4.5.2.1配电箱系统图须考虑三相平衡,三相配电干线的各相负荷宜分配平衡,最大相负荷不宜超过三相负荷平均值的115%,最小相负荷不宜小于三相负荷平均值的85%。In making the system diagram of switch box, equilibration of the three-phase system shall be considered; load on each wire of the three-phase distribution trunk shall be distributed in equilibration; the maximum phase load shall not exceed 115% of the mean loads of the three-phase system, and the minimum phase load shall not be smaller than 85% of the mean loads of the three-phase system. 4.5.2.2如有供给气体放电灯的三相配电线路,其中性线截面应满足不平衡电流及谐波电流的要求,且不应小于相线截面。If there is three-phase power distribution line for the gas discharge lamp, its neutral line section shall meet the requirements of unbalance current and harmonic current and shall not be smaller than the phase line section. 4.5.2.3照明配电箱应保留备用回路,备用回路的数量不应低于配电箱回路数量的30%。The light distribution box shall have a backup loop, and the number of backup loops shall not be smaller than 30% of the number of switch box loop.4.5.2.4照明设备的接电方法,应采用专用接插件连接,接插件额定容量应有足够余量。Power connection of lighting equipments shall adopt the dedicated connectors and the rated capacity shall be enough.4.5.2.5由晶闸管调光装置配出的舞台照明线路宜采用单相配电。当采用三相配电时,宜每相分别配置中性导体,当共用中性导体时,中性导体截面不宜小于相导体截面的2倍。For the stage lighting lines distributed by thyristor light-controlling device, single-phase distribution shall be adopted. When adopting three-phase distribution, it is appropriate to distribute neutral conductor respectively in each phase; when neutral conductor is used in common, its cross section shall be not less than 2 times that of phase conductor.4.5.2.6照明设备应根据低压配电系统的接地形式确定采用接地保护措施。Lighting equipments shall determine ground protection measures according to the earthing form of low-voltage distribution system. 4.5.3.照明控制系统图:应标注控制箱编号、型号;标注控制回路编号、导线型号规格、通讯协议、接口界面、控制系统若与其它设备有接口,须标明接口类型。Lighting control system diagram: It shall indicate the controlling box No. and model; control loop No., model and specification of leads, communication protocol, and interface; if the control system has an interface with other equipment, mark the type of interface. 4.5.3.1控制系统采用专用接地装置时,接地电阻值不应大于4。采用共用接地装置时,接地电阻值不应大于1。When the control system adopts special earthing device, the resistance to earth shall not be greater than 4. When a common earthing device is used, the resistance to earth shall not be greater than 1. 4.5.3.2乙级及乙级以上电影院观众厅(主演区,预演区)的照明应能渐亮渐暗平滑调节或分档调节。Lighting in the audience hall of class B or above cinemas (performance area and rehearse area) shall be capable of changing from bright to dim state gradually and smoothly or can be adjusted by different grades. 4.5.3.3入口、排队区、上客区、下客区、主演区、预演区等直接为观众服务的地区的照明控制开关应集中单独控制。The lighting control switches in the areas directly serving the audiences, such as the entry, queue area, load on/off areas, performance area and rehearse area shall be intensively and independently controlled.4.5.3.4 当采用调光设备时,每一照明回路的可载容量,应与所选用的调光设备的回路输出容量相适应。When using the light-controlling devices, the load capacity for each lighting loop shall be compatible with the output capacity of the selected light-controlling device.4.5.3.5类似5D剧场有人员参与演出的舞台调光控制装置的选择和安装应符合下列要求:The selection and installation of stage light-controlling devices withpersonnels participation in the stage show in the likely-to-be 5D theatershall conform to the follwing requirements:1. 舞台照明调光控制器的选型:小型剧场,可选用带预选装置的控制器,中型及以上规模的剧场,宜选用带计算机的控制器。Model selection of stage illumination light-controller: for small-sized theater, the controller with pre-elected device could be selected; for the theater with middle size and above, the controller with computer could be selected.2. 舞台照明调光控制台宜安装在观众厅后部的灯控室内,并应符合下列规定:Stage illumination lighting console shall install in the lighting control room in the back of auaditorium and conform to the following regulations:(1)调光柜和舞台配电设备应设在靠近舞台的单独房间内;Dimmer cabinet and stage distribution equipment shall be set up within the single room close to the stage;(2)舞台表演区应在灯光控制人员的视野范围内;Stage acting area shall be in the field of view of light-controlling personnel; (3)灯控人员应能容易的观察到观众席的情况;Light-controlling personnel shall be able to easily observe the auditorium;(4)应与舞台布灯配光联系方便;Shall be in convenient contact with lamp collocation and light distribution of the stage.(5)调光设备与线路应安装敷设方便。Light-controlling equipments and pipelines shall be conveniently installed and laid.4.6平面图Plan view4.6.1总体要求General requirements (1)照明配电箱宜设置在靠近照明负荷中心便于操作维护的位置。The light distribution box shall be placed in the place which is near to the lighting load center and convenient for operation and maintenance.(2)其他具体设计标准参考我国电影行业标准电影院建筑设计规范JGJ58-2008中对于电气及照明方面的要求。Other detailed design criteria shall conform to the relevant requirements about electricity and lighting in Chinas cinema industry standard JGJ58-2008 Code for Architectural Design of Cinema.4.6.2线槽设计Trunking design由强、弱电竖井或控制机房引向用电负荷的电气线路,在回路众多的情况下应采用线槽布线。The electric wiring drawn from vertical shaft for light-current and strong-current or control cabinet shall adopt trunking when there are numerous loops. 4.6.2.1灯光专业线槽种类按走向通常分为:水平线槽、垂直线槽。灯光专业线槽种类按系统通常分为:弱电控制信号线综合线槽、强电电缆线槽。强、弱电线槽应分别设置,不允许共用。具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第8章。According to the trend, special lighting trunking can usually be divided into: horizontal trunking and vertical trunking. According to the system, special lighting trunking can usually be divided into: integrated trunking for light-current control signal lines and trunking for strong-current cables. Trunking for strong-current and light-current shall be set respectively and shall not be shared. For detailed principles for design, please refer to chapter 8 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings. 4.6.2.2灯光专业线槽绘制时,原则上应按线槽实际宽度按图纸比例绘制,线槽截面应采用空心闭合图形。In principle, the special lighting trunking shall be drawn according to the actual width of trunking and the drawing, and the trunking section shall be a hollow closed figure. 4.6.2.3在进行对线槽的标注时,应能清楚地分辨出线槽的型号、规格、敷设方式。When marking the trunking, the model, specification and laying method shall be clearly distinguished.4.6.3管线图Piping plan具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第8章。建筑照明设计标准GB 50034-2004第7章。For details, please refer to chapter 8 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings and chapter 7 of GB 50034-2004 Standard for Lighting Design of Buildings.以下所述在设计时应特别注意:Special attention shall be paid to the following during design: 4.6.3.1标明或注明设备的类别、编号、平面位置、安装高度、安装方式,管线、线槽走向、管线规格,敷设方式、引上引下、图例、数量、文字说明等。Indicate or note equipment type, S/N, plan position, mounting height, mounting method, pipeline and trunking trend, pipeline specification, laying method, leading up/down, graphic symbols, quantity, explanatory note, etc. 4.6.3.2每一照明单相分支回路的电流不宜超过16A,所接光源数不宜超过25个;连接建筑组合灯具时,回路电流不宜超过25A,光源数不宜超过60个;连接高强度气体放电灯的单相分支回路的电流不应超过30A。Current of each single-phase subcircuit for lighting shall not exceed 16A, and there shall be less than 25 illuminants; when connecting the combined lights, the loop current shall not exceed 25A, and there shall be less than 60 illuminants; current of the single-phase subcircuit connecting high capacity gas discharge lamp shall not exceed 30A. 4.6.3.3照明配电干线及分支线,应采用铜芯绝缘电线或电缆,分支线截面不应小于1.5mm2。Trunk lines and branch lines for light distribution shall be copper core insulated conductor or cable; section of branch line shall not be smaller than 1.5mm2. 4.6.3.4观众厅及放映机房等处墙面及吊顶内的照明线路应采用阻燃型铜芯绝缘导线或铜芯绝缘电缆穿金属管或金属线槽敷设。Illuminating lines inside the walls and suspended ceiling in audience halls and projector chambers shall adopt flame retardant copper core insulated conductor or copper core insulated cable wrapped with metal tube or metal raceway. 4.6.3.5插座不应和照明设备接在同一回路。Sockets shall not be connected with lighting equipment in the same loop. 4.6.3.6原则上采用不同发光原理的光源的灯具不要接在同一回路上,特别是以气体放电灯为光源的灯具不要和其他类型光源的灯具接在同一回路上。In principle, lighting fixtures using different illuminants shall not be connected in the same loop; in particular, lighting fixtures with gas discharge lamp as the illuminant shall not be connected with the lighting fixtures using other illuminants in the same loop. 4.6.3.7照明电气管线布线平面图上应注明其管线来自配电箱的编号和回路编号以便于审查是否与配电箱系统图的回路编号相对应,且是否回路连接的负荷总量与配电箱系统图上标明的相符。The pipeline wiring diagram of lightings shall indicate the No. of switch box from which the pipeline is drawn and the No. of loop, so as to check whether it coincides with the No. of loop of the switch box system diagram, and whether the total load connected with the loop coincides with that on the switch box system diagram. 4.6.3.8图纸中管线的走向应考虑现场施工条件及后期检修维护的便利,并尽可能与实际的排管布线方向一致。Trend of pipelines in the drawing shall consider the site operation conditions and provide convenience for future repair and maintenance, and shall be the same as the actual pipeline trend as much as possible.4.6.3.9为抑制高次谐波对照明控制装置及其它系统设备的干扰,除应满足民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008第22章第22.3节的规定外,还应满足以下要求:需要调光的回路应选用金属导管、槽敷设,并不宜于电声等电信线路平行敷设。当调光回路与电信线路平行敷设时,其间距应大于1米;当垂直交叉时,其间距应大于0.5米。To restrain the interference of ultraharmonics on illumination control devices and other system equipments, except that the regulations of Section 22.3, Chapter 22 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings shall be met, shall conform to the following requirements: the loop that needs light control shall select metal conduit and trunking for lay-up, and parallel lay-up of electroacoustics etc. telecommunication lines is not suitable. When light-controlling loop are in parallel lay-up with telecommunication lines, the distance shall be more than 1m; when in squre crossing, the distance shall be more than 0.5m.4.6.4机房、竖井布置平面图Plane arrangement drawing of equipment room and vertical shaft照明设备机房和竖井布置平面中的电气设备、管线布置应遵循以下原则:The electric installation and pipeline layout in the plane arrangement drawing of lighting equipment room and vertical shaft shall conform to the following principles:(1)机房布置图中应包括配电柜/控制箱平面位置布局、局部立面图,注明管线、线槽走向,写出文字说明等。The equipment room arrangement drawing shall include the plane layout and partial elevation of the power distributing cabinet and controlling box, giving clear indication of the trend of pipelines and trunking, explanatory notes, and so on.(2)平面图上的设备位置、数量、编号,缆线规格、管线与线槽走向应与立面图上的设备位置、数量、编号,缆线规格、管线与线槽走向相对应。The equipment position, quantity, No., and cable specification, pipeline and trunking trend on the plan drawing shall coincide with those on the elevation drawing.(3)机房内的控制箱、柜等设备应注明尺寸,间距、并标明设备型号。The controlling box and cabinet inside the equipment room shall be marked with the dimension, spacing and equipment type.(4)机房布置图应注明机房空间内各设备安装位置、相互关系及安装工艺要求。The equipment room arrangement drawing shall give clear indication of the installation position, correlations between equipment, and technical requirements of installation of the equipment inside the equipment room.(5)控制信号的强、弱电井布置图应具体反映强、弱电井内所有线槽、管路、设备箱等的位置、尺寸The arrangement drawing of strong and weak electricity well of control
