摘要 时震是美国当代著名作家库尔特冯内古特( 1 9 2 2 2 0 0 7 ) 在七十五 岁高龄时发表的封笔之作。库尔特冯内古特是起自上个世纪六十年代的后现代 主义小说流派的主要代表之一，他的许多作品广受欢迎，影响深远。时震是 作者为后现代文学世界献出的最后一部力作，具有后现代小说的典型特点。一经 翻译出版，便受到了广大读者和研究者的青睐，这种影响自然离不开它的优秀译 本。后现代主义文学作品独特的审美特征决定了其翻译的特殊性，而这项特殊的 翻译工作的关键即在于如何使原作的后现代审美特征在译作中得到完美的再现。 图式是认知心理学的术语，最早作为一种哲学的思维模式由康德( 1 7 2 4 1 8 0 4 ) 提出。语言学家和教育家已经将图式理论广泛的运用到阅读研究中去，其 在翻译研究中的运用也有增加的趋势。本文采用描写翻译学的方法，尝试以图式 理论为指导，以时震的中译本为研究对象，重点探讨在翻译过程中如何实现 译作与原作的审美契合，从而再现原作的后现代审美特征。 研究结果表明：1 ) 在翻译过程中，译者运用自己的图式知识，以确保对原文 本的正确理解以及与之相匹配的信息表达，以达到译作与原作的后现代审美契 合；2 ) 由于目的语与源语的语言文化差异，译者在翻译过程中运用自身的图式知 识传达原文作者的意图，激活目的语读者已有的相关图式知识，甚至帮助他们建 立新的图式知识，以实现翻译的跨文化交际的意义，使得目的语读者能够获得与 源语读者相同的阅读效果，从而实现译作对原作后现代审美特征的再现；3 ) 为了 实现充分和忠实的翻译，译者必须不断丰富和更新自己的图式知识。 本文在理论和实践方面具有一定的意义。从理论上说，本文使用图式理论系 统地分析译本，检验和证实了图式理论在文学翻译中的指导作用。从实践上看， 通过从图式理论这一视角对时震这一典型的后现代主义文本的译本进行分析， 能为后现代文学翻译提供一些启示和借鉴。 关键词：图式理论；审美再现；后现代；时震 a b s t r a c t 刀m 叼馓娩i st 1 1 el 硒tw o r kb yt l l ef -
