坚竺竺! 旦! g 竺坠! ! ! ! ! ! 竺! 翌! ! ! 坚! 望! ! ! ! 堡! 堡 摘要 本次工作制备了一系列液固扩散偶，用电子探针及扫描电镜对其作 了背散射电子像形貌分析和成分分析。 s n n i 液固扩散偶在7 7 3 k 退火生成n i 3 s m 相。而其在8 7 3 k 时退 火先后生成了n i 3 s n 2 ，n i 3 s n 4 ，n i 3 s n 相。 z n n i 扩散偶分别在6 2 3 k 和7 3 8 k 退火一小时，均生成了包含y 和d 的扩散层。 关于s n n i 和z n n i 扩散偶的界面反应，用t h e r m o c a l c 软件，依 据最大驱动力模型对其生成相顺序及形貌进行了预测。预测结果和实验 结果吻合得很好，并对其形貌做了很好的解释。 制备了一系列s n l 。z n 。n i ( x = 8 a t ( 亚共晶) ，1 4 8 a t ( 共晶) ， 2 2 a t ( 过共晶) ，3 l a t ( 过共晶) ) 液固扩散偶。当这些扩散偶在6 2 3 k 退火，均先生成了y 相。随退火时间延长，在n i 基体和丫相之间生成了 t 1 相，并形成了富n i 的液相和t 。相的混合区域。 在8 7 3 k 退火其最终扩散通道分别为f c c ( n i ) n i 3 s n 2 x 2 x ：+ l i q ( s r t o9 2 2 1 1 0o d n i ) ； f c c ( n i ) n i a s n 2 t 2 t l a ：l + l i q ( s n o s 5 2 z n o 1 4 s n i ) ； f c c ( n i ) 1 3 t y -
