t r u c t i o n 摘要 在全球化的今天，世界各国之间的经济文化交流同趋频繁。翻译作为一 种交流手段和媒介在这一过程中发挥着重要的作用。众所周知，语言既是文 化的一部分又是文化的载体，语言和文化相互依赖。因此，翻译不仅是语言 层面的转换，更是两种文化和思维模式的转换。文化因素影响并制约了翻泽， 翻译不仅要克服语言的障碍，更要克服文化的障碍。两种文化背景下的翻译 策略，归化和异化，成了翻译界研究的一个重要课题。本文结合文本类型学 理论，从文化建构视角分析商务文本翻译中翻译策略的选择。通过对大量商 务文本翻译实例的分析，进一步证实了不同文本中，归化异化策略使用比例 不尽相同，其选择应综合考虑特定文本中文化的制约因素。翻泽工作者应该 辩证思考两种翻译策略，寻找蕴含文化因素的语言转换规律，真正处理好翻 译中的文化因素。
