营作为一个新兴的课题，以往研究很少着重于管理层本土化对经营业绩的影 响在全面回顾以往文献的基础上，本研究借助国际人力资源管理模型，以期 找出子公司特点和环境因素对管理层本土化策略的影响，并进一步研究管理层 本土化对经营绩效的影响 通过对上海地区瑞士企业高层管理人的问卷调查和深度访谈，本研究的发 现如下： 环境因素和子公司特点对管理层本土化策略有影响虽然管理层本土化对
