1.1中文摘要
目前,国内用于玉米粉碎的主要机型是卧式锤片粉碎机。该机型尽管优点较多,但其缺点也比较突出,这就是能量消耗大、生产率不高的问题。为解决这些问题,多年来,在设计上也采取了不少改进措施,如加大筛板包角、设计水滴形粉碎室、设计偏心粉碎室、加强辅助吸风等,这些措施虽也有一定效果,但受卧式锤片粉碎机整体结构的限制,难以有明显的成效。另外,还有齿爪式粉碎机、立式粉碎机、水滴型粉碎机,齿爪式粉碎机其结构紧凑,体积小,可靠性高,但能耗大,对粉碎多种物料的适应性差;立式粉碎机生产率高,能耗低,无需吸风,换筛方便,有效地干扰或破坏了粉碎室内的气物环流层,避免了重复无效的过度粉碎,但结构复杂,价格昂贵,颗粒大小的分级困难,不适合于普通的场合;水滴型粉碎机粉碎室呈水滴型,粉碎效率高,能耗小,但结构复杂,体积大,制造加工难,工艺复杂;揉搓式粉碎机采用动定齿盘,依靠动定齿盘之间的相对的高速运动,使被粉碎物受齿盘揉搓、冲击,剪切,摩擦及物料彼此间冲击等综合作用,来粉碎物料。

2.1研究与设计此课程的背景
玉米是当今世界最重要的三大粮食作物之一,种植面积和总产量仅次于水稻、小麦,但其单位面积产量却位居第一,并且人类对玉米的加工利用程度远远超过了水稻和小麦,玉米已成为粮、饲、工业原料兼用作物,以其为原料的产品多达3500多种。我国玉米总产量和单产水平都已超过了小麦而跃居粮食作物的第二位;玉米增产总额在粮食增产中占到40%左右,远高于水稻26%和小麦22%;并且玉米播种面积在粮食播种面积的比重小于总产的比重,足见玉米在我国粮食生产中有举足轻重的地位。
