摘 要本设计是围绕CA6140方刀架来设计,外形是四方形结构,加工精度要求也是比较高,为了提高生产效率,对每道工序的加工也要合理安排,这样才能降低生产周期。方刀架的作用是装夹刀具,此次设计包括了对方刀架的工艺分析及工装设计。 设计该工件,对其加工工艺进行了分析,整理出了方刀架需要的主要技术要求,并确定毛坯的制造为模锻,在综合了零件的技术要求和基准的选择和加工工艺后确定了三个方案,并选择了更合理的方案。最后确定了毛坯余量,并对其切削用量和加工工时进行了计算。 夹具设计也是必要的设计,本设计对第四道铣端面进行了专用夹具设计。通过问题的提出和零件的重点技术分析来对夹具进行设计方案的确定,方案中包括了定位基准的选择,定位方式及元器件的选择,加紧方式及元器件的选择等内容。然后进行了定位误差的分析,制定夹具的操作说明和夹具的保养和维护。 关键词:车床; 方刀架;加工精度;定位;夹紧;加工工艺 ABSTRACTThis design is around CA6140tool to design, appearance is four square structure, machining precision is also relatively high, in order to improve production efficiency, for each procedure processing also want reasonable arrangement, so as to reduce production cycle. Side knife is the role of clamping tool, the design includes the other turret process analysis and fixture design.The design of the work piece, the processing technology is analyzed, sorted out the square turret need major technology to ask, and to determine the blank of manufacturing for die forging, the integrated parts of the technical requirements and datum selection and processing technology art after identified three programs, and select a more reasonable scheme.
