带包覆层管道脉冲涡流检测中干扰因素的影响研究 学生姓名：武钰 班级：110813 指导老师：付跃文摘要：带包覆层铁磁性管道在化工、石油和电力等各个行业内广泛使用，由于各种原因的腐蚀引起的管壁缺陷，这严重威胁着管道使用的可靠性和安全性。脉冲涡流检测技术是近些年来发展起来的一种新型无损检测技术，在解决带包覆层管道检测上具有广阔的前景。在实际情况中几乎不存在对单根管道检测，通常周围存在着其他管道，周围的管道对被检测管道的检测是有一定影响的。本论文旨在研究在管道的不同位置检测时，干扰管道对检测是否存在着影响，以及有什么程度的影响。 论文建立了检测系统，制作了检测探头和检测试件，进行了实验，得出了研究结论。 实验表明，在对140mm7.7mm的铁磁性管道进行检测时，周围的平行干扰管在0.6m时，感应电压出现衰减也就是说在0.6m时平行干扰管开始对检测管产生了影响，而与被检管T型交叉的管道对检测管并没有影响。关键字：涡流检测 包覆层 无损检测 脉冲涡流检测技术 干扰管 指导教师签名： Influences of interfering factors for pipeline withinsulation under pulsed eddy current testing Student name:Wu Yu Class：110813 Supervisor:Fu YuewenAbstract：With a covering layer of ferromagnetic pipes are widely used in various sectors such as chemicals, oil and electricity, due to the corrosion of the pipe wall defects caused by various reasons, which seriously threaten the reliability and safety of the pipeline use.
