编号: 毕业设计开题报告题 目: 多孔定位片冲压工艺分析 及其模具设计 院 (系): 机电工程学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名: 黄修兰 学 号: 1200110408 指导教师单位: 机电工程学院 姓 名: 杨晓清 职 称: 讲 师 题目类型:理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 2016年3月1日1毕业设计的主要内容、重点和难点等 1.课题来源: 课题来源于生产实际,板料的冲压成型是一种重要的金属加工方式,被广泛地应用工业生产领域中。冲压工艺在机电产品制造行业中应用广泛,而冲模是实现冲压工艺的主要工艺装备,在制造行业中占有重要的地位。模具是工业生产的基础工艺装备。用模具生产制件所具备的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率和低消耗,是其它加工制造方法所不能比拟的。 2. 主要内容: 利用模具设计的专业知识,设计一套冲压模具,以实现对多孔定位片零件的加工。其中包括掌握相关软件和模具设计的理论知识进行课题的调研,收集资料,了解多孔定位片结构,生产要求的基础上,消化有关资料,设计出经济实用的冲压模具。(1) 要求对零件成批生产条件下,分析其冲压工艺性,给出合理的工艺制造流程;(2) 冲裁工艺方案的确定, 应满足冲裁变形规律, 在保证零件的质量、经济性及操作安全等方面的要求下, 尽量减少工序数目;(3) 确定冲裁工艺方案, 亦即确定冲压该产品零件所需工序、 数量和顺序, 拟定几种可能的冲裁工艺路线,经分析比较,确定出最佳方案;(4) 选择正确的加工材料;设计出条料排样图;给出冲压模具的总体设计方案,并设计出整套模具;(5) 绘制模具总装图,模具各主要零件图;(6) 编制模具主要零件加工工艺卡片。 3.重点和难点:(1) 确定工艺方案及模具结构型式:工艺方案的确定是冲压件工艺性分析之后应进行的一个最重要的环节。它包括:确定基本工序的性质;根据工艺计算,确定工序数目;确定工序排列的先后顺序;根据生产批量、尺寸大小、精度要求以及模具制造水平、设备能力等多种因素,将已初步依次而排的单工序予以可能的工序的组合。(2) 进行必要的工艺计算:工艺的计算直接影响模具的设计是否满足课题设计的要求,工艺的计算重点难点包括:材料的排样和计算毛坯尺寸 ;计算冲压力;计算模具的压力中心;计算或估算模具各主要零件的厚度;决定凸、凹模的间隙,计算凸、凹模工作部分的尺寸。 (3)模具主要零部件的结构设计:模具零件设计的重点和难点主要在于工件部分零件的设计。2准备情况(查阅过的文献资料及调研情况、现有设备、实验条件等) 1.国内外发展现状: 全球主要模具生产国包括亚洲地区的日本、韩国与大陆,以及美洲地区的美国、欧洲地区的德国。技术先进国家如日本、美国、德国等,对于高精度与复合性模具开发,不论在设计能力或制造技术上,均有领先的地位,同时也拥有训练精良的技术研发人才。 在中国,人们已经越来越认识到模具在制造中的重要地位,认识到模具技术水平的高低,已成为衡量一个国家制造业水平高低的重要标志,并在很大程度上决定着产品质量、效益和新产品的开发能力。许多模具企业十分重视技术发展,加大了用于技术进步的投资力度,将技术进步视为企业发展的重要动力。 近年来随着汽车工业以超过20%的增幅发展,进入汽车领域的模具企业和模具产品比上年有大幅增加。汽车企业也对模具产品的质量提出了更高要求,促使模具企业加紧改进,不断提高水平。同时,由于模具出口大幅增长,也在很大程度上带动了模具水平的提升。 我国冲压模具产品的质量和生产工艺水平,总体上比国际先进水平低许多,而模具生产周期却要比国际先进水平长许多。产品质量水平低主要表现在精度、表面粗糙度、寿命及模具的复杂程度上;生产工艺水平低则主要表现在加工工艺、加工装备等方面。模具寿命也只有国际先进水平的50%左右,大型、精密、技术含量高的轿车覆盖件冲压模具和精密冲裁模具,每年都要花费大量资金进口。 模具技术的发展是模具工业发展最关键的一个因素,其发展方向应该为适应模具产品“交货期短”、“精度高”、“质量好”和“价格低”的要求服务。未来,我国模具工业和技术主要发展方向将主要集中在以下几个方面: (1)模具CAD/CAE/CAM正向集成化、三维化、智能化和网络化服务; (2)粗加工向高速加工发展; (3)成形表面的加工向精密、自动化发展; (4)光整加工向自动化发展; (5)模具检测、加工设备向精密、高效和多功能方向发展; (6)模具标准化程度将不断提高; (7)快速成形加工模具技术将得到发展。 2.查阅过的文献资料:1 傅建等模具制造工艺学M北京:机械工业出版社,20042 高为国模具材料M北京:机械工业出版社,20043 凸光棋冲模技术M北京:机械工业出版社,20024 ATor, S.B., G.A.
