摘要我国是世界上最大的煤炭生产和消费国，也是世界上少数几个以煤为主要能源的国家之一。我国排放的SO2 90来自于燃煤。年排放总量在2000万吨左右，位居全球之首，由此造成的酸雨覆盖面积超过国土总面积的1/3，年社会经济损失近千亿元。而火电厂的烟尘、SO2 排放量均居全国各行业的第一位，SO2 排放量占全国排放量的4050，占“两控区”内排放量的59以上。本设计针对火电厂燃煤废气的性质，采用静电除尘，优化双循环湿式石灰石FGD工艺去除二氧化硫。静电除尘具有除尘性能好，效率高，处理气量大，能耗低，运行费用少等特点，优化双循环湿式石灰石法具有石灰石的利用率大，运行可靠，没有备用吸收塔，可以多台锅炉使用一个吸收塔，脱硫率达90以上，高的可达95，净化后烟气经冷却塔排出而不进烟囱，适合不同含硫量的煤种等特点。根据要去除的污染物，采取先用静电除尘器除尘，再用优化双循环湿式石灰石法脱除二氧化硫。关键词：二氧化硫，燃煤废气，静电除尘器，双循环湿式石灰石法AbstractChina is the worlds largest coal producer and consumer country, and also is one of the few countries still using coal as the main energy in the world. 90% of national emissions of SO2 come from coal-fired. Emissions totaled in about 20 million tons, ranking first in the world. It results that the acid rains cover the total area of more than 1 / 3, losing nearly 1,000 billion Yuan in economic. The smoke of the thermal power plant and SO2 emissions from all sectors are both in the nations first. SO2 emissions account for national emissions of 40 percent to 50 percent, and the two-controlled areas in emissions of 59 percent or more.The design for coal-fired thermal power plant emissions of nature, uses the electrostatic dust removal, and uses optimization of two-cycle wet limestone FGD technology to remove the sulphur dioxide. The electrostatic dust removal has good performance, high efficiency ,large gas processing, low energy consumption, operating costs less and many others features. Optimization of two-cycle wet limestone FGD technology has the features of high utilization of limestone, reliable operation, without backup absorber, able to use more than one boiler with a absorber, desulfurization rate of 90 percent, up to 95 percent higher, purified gas from the cooling tower into the chimney instead of chimney, suitable for different sulphur coal, and so on. According to the removal of pollutants, taking first to use electrostatic precipitator dust, removing the sulphur dioxide by optimization of two-cycle wet limestone FGD technology then.Key words: Sulphur dioxide，
